Didn’t have a lot of variety with hair color and the owner walks around with an angry lil dog that barks and growls at ppl. The girl behind the register was so nice and helpful. But I wouldn’t ever go back.

Awesome customer service and very helpful with finding the right brand of hair to choose from.

Go to Essential Beauty instead. I don’t tolerate bad customer service/employees acting like you’re bothering them for asking for assistance

The people at beauty town are always sweet kind and so helpful with me. There extremely patient which is great for a girl like me with ADD who can not decide easy. I love this store and all the wigs I get here and the people who make it so easy. Thank you lovelies for having such a Great store. You guys should definitely give them a look for great wigs at amazing prices. They also have makeup, accessories, the works it's like a little boutique/hair store/makeup store ❤❤❤ Not a paid for review ❤ I just bought a new red ombre bob from them that I am obsessed with ❤💋

First time visiting. This is by far the worst beauty supply I've ever been in. Very off putting not to get a close look or touch what you are about to spend a good amount of money on. (The manager/owner instructed young ladies not to let us touch the model wigs(once over the intercom, and once right in front of us in a whispers, sneaky way, and lingered while we were checking out the wigs) that we had to point out for them to let us look at them closer)The employees working were nice however, the owner or manager was not. Very rude and unprofessional. At the end of the day...if you are concerned about the safety of the products in your store and people touching hair or products they are checking out to purchase, perhaps you are in the wrong business. As soon as my credit card cleared (showed my id) the lady wrote down my dl on her copy of the reciept. (Never have I ever had that happen). Immediately told her to cancel the $400+ purchase. That was my last straw after the whole shopping ordeal. Never again will I ever!! I will drive to Houston before I ever spend a dime in this establishment.

Has all the beauty supplies you need to get yourself right. The prices are decent and the parking is ample. I always come here to get my hair for braiding. The staff are cool as well

They wouldn't let you touch anything and yelled on an intercom about people touching stuff we were going to buy. They watch people like were a bunch of animals and assume you going to commit a crime. They have a monitor where they hovered the mouse on people. They told a kid on an intercom about putting something down. Like they didn't know if he was going to ask his mom. Wouldn't reccomend coming here unless your into being degraded and enjoy unprofessional customer service.
