LUX Beauty Supply

This store is like a boutique for beauty supplies. They have carefully curated products from eyelashes and makeup to natural hair care and locs. The products come in amazing scents (marshmallow) and some I had never seen before. The staff is friendly and ready to help. I would return again for more beauty products!

I was very disappointed in the service tonight. I went in got what I needed and went to the check out, behind the counter that was a sign for Chi products that was five dollars. I asked the young lady what were they because it was a brand that I needed, and she read each label and I got what I needed. Then I walked away to go get one more item as she rung everything up I came back, checked out and before I left, I looked at my receipt to see that she charged me $12 for one of the items. She called someone from the back to ask what to do. The young lady called the owner and the owner and did inform her that I never walked out the store that the items are price wrong. For the owner to say sorry no refunds no return returns. I was not satisfied. I will not be shopping here ever again.

This store has a great variety of items to choose from, they have oils, hair cremes and high end brands for a good price. The store was a very friendly environment to be in and they helped me right away. They also have a good section for men themselves.

Don’t let the negative comments fool you, this store is great! Every time I come in I see something new or something I wasn’t expecting them to have. They have the dye I need at lower prices than the other stores and have a great line of products for natural hair. This store is still fairly new but they’re definitely expanding with what they have to offer. It’s super organized, clean, and a friendly atmosphere every time I come. I definitely will be coming to this store again and again!

I am so happy to have a beauty supply store so close to me. I was FINALLY able to stop by on Sunday 5/11 and my visit did not disappoint. The wonderful Shalanda help me decide on products that she recommended that will work on my daughter's and I hair texture based on her experience which was spot on with what I was dealing with. She did not make me feel like an inconvenience with my questions either. I end up having a great time with her and very happy with my purchase. I will definitely be a returning customer 💕

So happy to finally have a great beauty supply close by! Have been a few times and each time there's more stock added. They have products for all types of hair and cosmetics too. I especially love their lashes and nyx products. The nice lady at the register is very knowledgeable and always gives great customer service, I'll be back!

I bought haircolor and loved it. The staff there were very helpful and listened to me. Most places are very busy and will blow me off or ignore me. But this beauty supply was very clean and organized. They definitely have a customer for life. Can't wait to go back
