I went in on Saturday to re-stock on some of my items and buy a new face wash . The only employee that asked if I needed help and greeted me was Angel . I told him what my current concerns with my face wash were and asked him what he could recommend . Angel was so knowledgeable, and gave me different options to choose from . Besides being knowledgeable, he was very polite and had a great attitude. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the same for the other employees. There was a young lady re-stocking the elf makeup and was blocking the aisle . She didn’t bother saying hello, neither did she provide me any kind of acknowledgement. I had to move her cart in order for me to reach the product I needed , and it wasn’t until I did that when she asked "oh am I in your way?" I hope the rest of the team takes a page out of Angel’s book and learns to greet customers with a smile , regardless of how busy you are . Thank you Angel for being such a superstar.

Cate did my blond balayage and I could not be any happier with the outcome! So gorgeous and she is truly such a delight to work with. Professional, kind, and so talented! Highly recommend!

Avoid this location, they are lying to achieve a quota for phone numbers and accounts. I went in to buy 2 gift cards, the cashier is like "you need a rewards account to make a purchase." Huhhh? Fine I needed the cards. I always shopped in other location with no issues definitely not going to return there, would rather drive to burbank or sherman oaks

Staff is impatient, rude, and petty. Nearly every time I have been in this store, someone has been curt with me. Last time i asked something simple like can they toss this wrapper in the bin behind the counter (there's one at every register which I know because I used to work at Ulta) and she points to a bin at the brow bar and curly demands I use that one. I click the email receipt option. She prints one and attempts to hand it to me and I tell her I don't need it (it's a refund) and I begin to walk away and in what was clearly a petty attempt snarkily tells me I left my receipt so I call back and say I said I didn't want it. This is the type of petty bs I'm becoming used to at this store. Like WHY why give such a nasty experience over a wrapper. Why is there some weird power trip over a trash can. Like I'm a girls girl I worked 8 years of retail, 2 of them at Ulta years ago. This is just odd behavior. Either management needs to be less harsh on these girls because workplace morale is low, or someone needs to emphasize that basic manners are part of customer service. I got a notification that my pick up order was ready for pickup at 8:28 am. I called a bit after 9 to ask if the robe, a gift with purchase for one of my items I purchased, was available. Now, because I had this notification i assumed the store was open or that maybe it was holiday hours. Idk who it was today but I was unaware the store wasn't open and I called with a question, she put me on hold twice claiming to check something for me. After the second time of being on hold she once again said she needed to check for me. I asked what she was doing when she put me on hold the last time. "We were doing something else." She then tells me "oh someone picket it up" I tell her it's not for delivery it's for pickup and it's my order so she must not have checked like she told me she had. So now I've caught her in two lies and she starts becoming increasingly ruder. I asked her to stop being short and rushing me so I can calmly just ask for what I needed and she kept INTERRUPTING, aggressively talking over me. Speaking quickly and repeating herself continuously snarkily demanding I call back and rather than simply answering that question (which would take less time than being rude and nasty) she kept repeating over and over, talking over me to "just call back at 11." I used to work at Ulta and clearly the basic decency beyond customer service has drastically slipped. I understand it's the holidays, but don't pick up the phone if you're not open. I wasn't aware that the store was not open until I asked why she was rushing me so much and not listening to me. Don't pick it up or answer it and be a normal person without a nasty attitude toward someone that hasn't done a single thing wrong. It's unfortunate that another store is so far from me. Hopefully the cattiness that seems to be a wide spread issue at this store subsides if enough reviews state they deserve better treatment. Makeup is expensive. I should at least feel respected. I don't need red carpet treatment. I just need to not be treated rudely. That's it.

Was in here Christmas eve for a hair transformation .. let me tell you Danie did everything perfect! She did excactly what I asked of her. She made my hair beautiful and shiny and gave me the color of my dreams! Beautiful work Bonnie as well helped & Kate was just so pleasant to conversate with ... Loved my experience it was my 1st time getting a service with them Certainly not my last ! Loved their attention to detail ! Ask for Danie !!

I stopped by the Ulta Beauty at NoHo West this morning to pick up a few items I had ordered online and also return a couple of products. The whole process was quick and smooth, and I was really impressed with how organized everything was. The store is clean, well-stocked, and the staff are friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for high-quality products with a wide selection, definitely, this is a location to visit.

We always go this branch in noho west and i never encounter such a rude sales person there like riana, all my questions re: their products, she doesn't know. Then all of a sudden she walked away then when i found her she said she will go on break. I asked her to call the mgr but that's her answer to me. I asked the other lady to call the mgr and this lady with long hair is so nice and called the mgr. And i'm glad that the manager is so nice and helped us with the products i'm askin, his name is Anthony, i hope my memory of his name is right, anyway, Thank you so much Anthony! and for RIANA , i hope you will train her good manners and right conduct. And should be knowledgeable enough with her job.
