I had such a great experience at Ulta thanks to one of the associates Rochelle who went above and beyond. The Ulta app was offering 10% off for texting a number, but it wasn’t working on my end. She was so kind and patient and ended up honoring the discount anyway without hesitation. It made my whole shopping experience feel easy and genuinely cared for. Customer service like that truly makes a difference—thank you for being so helpful!(:

Had the most wonderful customer service experience in this shop recently! I needed an entire revamp on my makeup due to my skin changing, the woman who helped me walked me through my best options and went out of her way to assist me. Honestly, I had been dragging my feet in getting new makeup, I just didn't want to deal with the process, but she made it such a wonderful experience that I'm looking forward to my next purchase.

I came into Ulta Beauty one day looking for makeup for a pageant. I personally don’t wear makeup, so I was definitely struggling to find what I needed. Thankfully, an employee kindly approached me and offered help. They were so friendly and patient, and helped me pick out everything — foundation, lipstick, and a few other essentials. I felt welcomed the whole time, and even learned about their salon services. Right then and there, they booked me an appointment for the next day for a hairstyle I needed for the pageant. I had already asked everyone in the valley and nobody had availability on short notice, so I was incredibly grateful. They booked me with Tia S., who mentioned she hadn’t done Hollywood waves before but was willing to try her best. I honestly didn’t mind — I just needed my hair done nicely since I wasn’t the center of attention, just a guest. I came in the next day (a little late), and Tia greeted me and still attended me. She told me she had spent the night before watching several videos to learn how to do the style — that alone amazed me. It showed how dedicated she was to making sure it came out perfect. The service took time, but I’m patient, and it was absolutely worth it. The waves turned out AMAZING. I couldn’t believe how beautiful my hair looked. Everyone complimented me on the way out — I truly felt like a princess. If I could go in every day to get my hair done, I would! Didn’t take a photo of the back but trust me it was amazing! I’ll definitely be coming back — and I’ll be booking with Tia for my wedding. Stay tuned. 💕✨

We got to work with Amanda - the product rep for Tarte. Wow! She was so helpful and fun to work with. She helped us pic shades and understand how to find them again in the future. Love this location!

The employee kept staring at me like I was going to steal something, just because I was browsing the store before picking up my online order. The girl who assisted me didn’t even say hello or anything — she just scanned the barcode and handed me my order. So rude to customers. Then, as I was leaving the store, the alarm went off — the one that beeps when someone supposedly steals something. I kept walking because I knew I hadn’t done anything wrong. She just said, "You’re good." Honestly, shame on you for treating people like that. We know employees can trigger that alarm on purpose to make it seem like someone’s stealing. Do better, Ulta. Stop making customers feel uncomfortable and disrespected.

Gosh, I love this place. Everyone is so friendly. This Saturday, JoJo helped me, and was just the best. She helped me find my old foundation shade at the registers, and even helped me find out what my other matches would be in different brands. I was embarrassed asking questions I thought were dumb, but she answered with zero judgment and just made me feel great. Cashier was just as friendly, I forgot her name but she was tall with short brown hair and glasses. Great job to this Ulta!!
