There is absolutely NO REASON to have my address needed to be said aloud to confirm my "rewards account" for a single concealer. And when I tried to let the cashier know, she said "I’ve been here for 8 years and we’ve never had an issue." Never had an issue with what, someone being followed home? Someone’s information being stolen? Why would my info need to be confirmed aloud?

Best place to walk around and shop for hours. Its like being a kid in a candy store. Whatever you need they have it. The people there are super friendly. They dressed up in Halloween costume makeup today. The line was short. They told me the balance on my rewards and asked of I wanted to use it. Thats always nice. I am starting to become a regular. I like being able to ask questions about the products and get the answers right on the spot. A store is only as good as its staff.. the proof of this is at the Ulta. I have been a diamond member of Ulta since 2016 and spend A LOT and stopped almost entirely in 2019 when I had enough of the mean staff and dirty aisles. Last Christmas I had to return for some charity work and my experience was pretty rough and the store manager was awful and I was bummed. I ended up having to take something back and the person who helped me was super nice and when I mentioned that I had a bad time with the manager and asked her what days she worked. I began going on days I knew she was there and I'm not sure exact dates here but it wasn't a slow thing it was one week to the next that the change was obvious. One day I walked in and was greeted and offered a shopping bag with a welcoming smile. I started walking thru the aisles and they were all gorgeous. All the discounted items were in one spot and organized and not 80 years old the products were stocked and everything was clean and shiny and there were employees that were happy and helpful around every corner. Michelle the sales manager is accessible and knows that store and the products so well and Everytime I come on her shifts .. her staff knows their jobs and are always doing them well and happy. Delilah is a dear and greets me as I walk in. Both her and Michelle and most of the girls that work the most make me feel welcome and they are so approachable. It's because of them and them alone that I have spent almost triple what I have ever before in that store. The store manager is also a great guy who I have seen work with his employees and the guests in ways no one previously had done. I used to think it was probably a pretty awful place to work since it was so under cared for. I remember Michelle who has been there awhile and Delilah too both looking defeated before and because they are such good workers and take pride in the store I fully understood they were over worked and not being lead effectively. Still again they are the only reason I kept coming back and the reason I went 4 times more than before this year. Pay them whatever it takes because they are the heart and soul of this Ulta and I promise I'm not the only one that thinks they are an asset to the Ulta brand. I hope they get a big bonus and some kudos for their ability to regain my trust and amp up my spending. Thanks for finally hiring all the right peeps Ulta 💜 now just bring back more in store gwp and I will buy more things in general I miss those days. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Hi my name is Resham and I went to Ulta Beauty. The address is 2171 West Florida Ave. horrible and unacceptable experience. I made an appointment ahead of time, shower up on time, and they completely failed to honor it. Instead of taking responsibility or offering any solution, the staff was incredibly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. The manager was no better and did nothing to resolve the situation or show any concern. There was no apology and no effort to fix their mistake. I felt disrespected as a costumer and my time was clearly not valued. This is not the level of service anyone should expect from ulta. I will never return to this location.

If I can give 0 stars i would. I came in here looking for some Christmas gifts for my daughter. But maybe because I was in my work clothes I got followed around the store like I was about to steal stuff. Got my stuff and then went to the register and David the cashier was extremely rude I was asking for help with the app and he didn’t even try to help. I checked out and left. Now I feel like I shouldn’t have bought anything.

Went in bought a fragrance for my daughters for Xmas gave it to them early because we had a family function. As they opened it, it was half way empty. Went into return it and they said no because it was 50% empty. How am I suppose to know it was open after I left now I can’t even get store credit or get a refund to buy another one. So I’m stuck with an over priced perfume.
