Took me almost a week to get my appointment and I booked an appointment. I came down a little bit early. I told them that I was on a deadline and they had Wait 10 minutes past my appointment time to tell me that they could not do my injections because at one of their previous locations I didn’t leave them in a great review and so they thought it was in a fit. They did not have to book me here completely unprofessional, and such a waste of time I don’t recommend

I received a facial from Danica today and it was the best facial i’ve ever received! it was calming and refreshing and I will for sure be back for more! celena was my injector for my lips and she was the best! I was a little scared having a different injector from last time but she was so amazing and I will for sure be requesting her next time!

I’ve visited the Mission Viejo location twice now and both times I’ve been welcomed with kindness and exceptional customer service beginning to end. The first time I came in for Tox and was helped by Bri who was attentive and listened to my concerns. Two weeks later and I love my results! Today I came in for a Luxe facial and was helped by Danica who was AMAZING! She was super friendly and professional. She recommended treatments for my skin type without being pushy. I really enjoyed her service and my overall experience that I’ve already booked my next appointment. I highly recommend this location to all.
