Cosmo Prof

Not happy with this location recently. Have had some unpleasant experiences. First, with the door being locked so I have to wait to be let in and then once I’m in I have to be let out, it’s very unsafe. Second, the new employees are always taking personal calls in the back office and the wait to be helped is up to 10 minutes. Third, I don’t appreciate having to hear the employees talk so badly about the old management/employees, very unprofessional. Unfortunately I will not be coming to this location anymore.

Really disappointed with this cosmoprof lately. Every time I go instead of ordering online they are missing half of what I need. I had to go to 3 different cosmos for 6 vol. Printed foils are now $7 dollars more from one year ago. Not to mention the Wella color is always a hot mess and never in the right spot. I shouldn’t have to go to 3 different stores for developers. Ridiculous.

Came in at 5:4o I was just going in to pick up a permanent color the lady comes from behind the counter and asked me if I needed help I told her no I told her I know she’s closing at six. She said yes very soon she made me feel so uncomfortable she just standing there watching me. I walked out the store list I had time to get my color she made me feel so uncomfortable never going back I felt rushed so bad.

Really like this Wheat Ridge location. First visit here and they were fully stocked which was awesome. The sales employee was helpful and nice. I also liked that they open early which makes it convenient, especially when you’re in a time crunch. I’ll definitely shop here again.

Employees usually don't know much more about products then I do. They act confused and scramble or seem put out a lot when asking about availability and pricing of items. However they are almost always friendly and willing to chat.
