I get my hair done here by Alex M., Alex does a wonderful job! My hair and eyebrows look so good! My hair lays much nicer with this cut and the color is very nice too. She does a great job giving me layers and an overall solid cut and color. My grays can be tough to cover and she does a thorough job covering them. Thanks Alex 💞 -Rose

Allison is my hairdresser at the Wheat Ridge store. I have been going to her for a couple of years, because she does the best cut and color I have ever had. I won’t go anywhere else. I always come out of Ulta feeling gorgeous after she does my hair and I get alot of compliments.

The store itself is not bad, they have great products and the associates like Emma were super nice and helpful. But the managers seem pretty rude, I went with my mom, and one of the managers helped her when I was with her, but her suggestions were not that good. When I was shopping, I heard some of the associates seemed bullied by the managers. I felt bad as someone who’s also worked in retail myself. In addition, the products at the store had some black stains and the boxes seemed a bit damaged when I was looking at the la roche posay section. I didn’t end up buying the cleanser and serum I needed due to that.

I came in for a full highlight with Allison I was a few minutes late they refused to see me stating she had no time to see me she had me go to the chair looked at my hair and said we need to reschedule I have no time for you. Mind you there was absolutely nobody there I accidentally left my cup and had to come back to get it she was just sitting on the chair on her phone. Worst experience ever I will never come back. All I wanted was to get my hair done.

Alex in the salon is SUPER awesome. I was shopping for hair products and I was a bit lost on what I really needed. Alex listened and then explained the different products, how best to use them and why. I have been to several ultas and the staff hadn’t done that before.

Alex is so great at doing hair knowledgeable and very kind! It's belvedear btw lol but you're so amazing thank you for being so respectful to me about being LGBTQ+ you're so very amazing and I love the way you did my hair thank you again for being so kind hearted belvie$$

I received a full highlight and hair cut from Devan and I couldn’t be happier!! She listened to me and gave me exactly what I asked for, and my hair feels so much softer than before and looks so healthy. She even stayed late past the store closing to make sure everything was done correctly and just how I wanted it. She is truly an amazing stylist thank you so much!
