I don’t usually wear makeup and really have zero knowledge on what’s a good product but Ken helped me out! He was so patient with my back and forth. I told him I wanted to be budget friendly and not have to buy every little piece that seems to come with makeup and he really took the time to help me find what I should get. Definitely recommend his help !!

The staff here is so wonderful! My wife and I always have such great conversations with the cashiers every time we come. London also was a huge help to me when looking for a new eyebrow pencil. She really took her time with me in helping me feel comfortable with my purchase and showed me how to perfectly apply it which I really appreciated 🥹 Especially because I am not the best with make up. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and it made my day!

I walked in unsure about what my skin needed for a simple foundation and concealer, especially as I’ve noticed changes with age compared to my younger years. Chelsea was incredibly helpful; she truly understood my concerns and nailed the look I was going for. I had previously visited other Ulta locations where the recommendations didn’t quite work for me, but Chelsea took the time to listen to my needs and understand my skin type. I am absolutely grateful for her assistance!

I was helped by the sales associate, named Juno it was the worst experience I’ve had at Ulta EVER! My birthday just passed four days ago and I said I was out of the country. I’ve called four different Ulta’s To see if they had the birthday gift I wanted and they said they would honor the gift no problem . She didn’t even ask my birthday and she said "oh there’s nothing they can do" which is complete BS because I’ve been gone before and it’s never been an issue, so shame on you guys! Juno needs to up her customer service for people who pay their hard-earned money at Ulta!

This was my first time at this particular store.The associate who helped me was Erica. She was just so efficient with finding the exact products I needed and was very knowledgeble about the various brands. She was also very patient in answering all my questions and I did not feel rushed as I often do in these stores. All in all she went over and beyond what I would have expected of a store associate. Thanks very much, Erica.

Had an amazing experience shopping for my mother’s holiday cosmetics thanks to Sonja, she helped me find the perfect items. Her professionalism and knowledge was overtly comforting. Will absolutely revisit this store for her expertise again !

Had a bit of a frustrating experience here. If an item's original price is 10 why is it in the clearance section with a sticker that says 10.00? ( This has happened at Ulta locations before) I ask the cashier to ring it up to check and she wouldn't and then like acted annoyed when I said I didn't want the items. I asked a floorperson about a certain brand and got told "We dont have that" I then said "I usually get that brand here" and then they looked it up and saw that they had it. Didn't know their stock of gifts with purchase, and instead of listing options in stock that they had, they asked what I wanted sequentially, had to look for it, and then came back to the register to tell me they didn't have the first and the second when, if they listed what was available the experience would've been alot quicker and smoother. 3/5 stars based on past experiences. The dude with brown hair has helped me so many times!
