@ Anita, I read your review and I also read the response from MidK. I'm a hairstylist and the reason that your product seemed to be watered down is probably because it may have been expired. I know that product quite well and it absolutely has a thicker consistency. It's a hair lotion and should not be watered down at all. It's not a conditioner as if for after shampooing. A lot of times in some of the supply stores the products are not rotated so that they can be monitored as to not go past the shelf life. Sometimes you will find relaxers that have started to crystalize, hair lotions and moisturizers are not their normal consistency. This is what happens if the store personnel are not up on their game when it comes to making sure the products are in compliance with the expiration dates. And also when they don't really know our products.

Lots of items. Wide range of items too. Not just wigs or shampoos. They have all kinds of head scarfs. A decent makeup section. Some niche items. Novelties. I didn't even make it over to their little clothing section. It was surprisingly not that bad in an 18" wheelchair. A few tight spots. Power chairs might struggle. The wall of shame is really sad to see. The main issue I had was not a single person working there was able to tell me much about the wigs or the scarfs. They don't really seem to know their products. If you're a beginner, I recommend you take someone who knows what they are doing.

This is the only place I get my braiding hair. They have so many options and I can always find what I need.

Things were in stock, and the store was clean. They had what my daughter needed.

Love that they are open on Sundays! They no longer have the best prices or the biggest selection. Nor are they the only shop open on Sundays anymore. Still love this shop, especially for the location. Finally found the hair I'm using to get box braids!

I have been going here for years. They follow you around like you're going to steal, but I get it. It just makes the shopping experience a little uncomfortable. I will still shop here nevertheless.
