SEPHORA at Kohl's

When I entered the Sephora section there was no attendant. I wandered around looking but never saw anybody. Finally, a sales clerk from the Junior's department came over and said she couldn't help me but the Sephora sales clerk would be back shortly. When she did come back I was told the concealer that I was looking for could only be purchased at the North Rock store. I was not offered any alternative products. At the same time. A young lady came in probably in her twenties needing perfume, The sales clerk literally bounced over to help her buy perfume. Even if the specific item I needed wasn't in stock at this location, surely there was another concealer that would have worked or possibly even been a better choice for my skin. This whole experience was very disappointing as far as Sephora goes

I went in needing foundation, false eyelashes, and lipstick with only an idea of what I wanted not knowing brands or specifics. Sao assisted me, she was phenomenal. She found me the perfect foundation based on the coverage I wanted and my skin type and she color matched me first go! She found false lashes that fit exactly what I described and she then helped me pick out the perfect lipstick and lip liner based on my inspiration photo. She was so kind and helpful! I can't imagine how long it would have taken me without her help, but I doubt I could have come up with the products that fit what I needed and wanted so well either. I suppose this review 5/5 is probably more for Sao than Sephora, but I'll definitely be back. This experience has made me prefer Sephora over Ulta.
