I really dislike this store and think that the sales people are not only not helpful. They are also discriminatory multiple sales girls available every time I go in and they just look the other direction when you try to catch their eye to help you. the other girls in my office, said that they have the same problem here, so my guess is they don’t have an interest in helping anyone over 40 . As a business business owner, probably not a great attitude to have from your staff, because my demographic tends to have more disposable income. I have spent a lot of money on both makeup and perfume over the years, but I now try to avoid Sephora unless it’s something that I just can’t get anywhere else.

First time I have been in the store, came for the Charlottte Tilbury fragrances, tried all of them and found my new favorite perfume! Will be a return customer! Staff was friendly and very helpful as well!

Love the whole store. Everyone was so helpful. But I can't forget to mention the woman that helped us in the perfumes. I think her name was Ashlee or something similar. The energy and positive vibes that she sends off are intoxicating. Between the scents and her, my daughter and I walked out of there with a bit more of a gittup in our step. We felt like new women walking out of there and we just some eyeliner this visit. Smelling all of the different scents to figure out a perfect scent that says you is so nice. It doesn't matter what you are looking for specifically. Take some time and smell them all. It takes you to a different place and time. Ashlee was so helpful and such a delight to talk to while we shopped around for that perfect perfume for us. We had a great experience and we recommend that every woman goes to a sephoria and check it out. It will be worth it.

The customer service was excellent I am by far not a girly girl whatsoever but I am a instacart shopper and I came in there to fulfill three separate orders and the representatives there help me with each item and we found it really fast and efficiently so that way we can get the items delivered to the customers in a prompt manner
