Steamboat Deli & Outlet

We stopped here for lunch on our road trip. The club and chicken salad sandwich were fresh and tasty. I'd eat here again if I'm ever in the area. We also enjoyed sitting outside on their back patio.

Steamboat Deli absolutely nailed it. The Southwest chicken wrap with bacon is the kind of food that makes you pause mid bite and reconsider every sad lunch choice you have ever made. Juicy chicken, smoky bacon, bold southwest flavor that actually has a backbone, all wrapped up fresh and tight like they care about their craft. It is fast without tasting rushed, fresh without pretending to be fancy, and flat out delicious. This is how a deli earns loyalty. You walk in hungry, you walk out happy, and you are already planning the next visit.

The customer service was totally fine. The cashier was kind and respectful. Unfortunately the food was not worth the price. There wasn’t a whole lot of flavor. The bread, meat, and cheese was extremely thin. I ordered the walnut cranberry Turkey sandwich. There were hardly any cranberries in the bread. I couldn’t taste any flavor, everything was sliced so thin. My husband got the Italian Sub. The onion was the only flavor we could taste. It was probably 8 inches long and I could wrap my pointer finger and thumb around the sub. Again, it was… alright… but we won’t be paying those prices for the food we got.

1st time trying this little place. Very impressed, I had the Italian Beef and it was delicious. Fiance had the Turkey & Havarti with Cranberry Walnut Bread and could only finish ½. The portions were perfect.

Can’t recommend this place (and the Italian beef sandwich) enough. This is probably the most consistent place I’ve ever eaten at. Whenever we have family come in this is on the list of places to bring them. Staff are great and personable. Feels like an east coast deli. We need to come in and try the Italian dinner!

Nice quiet warming atmosphere. The service was great and friendly. Very clean and looked to be well kept. My wife had the Cobb salad and I had the Cuban. It was the best Cuban I had had in quite some time. The price I thought was fair. Definitely wil revisit.

This was my first visit here. I got the Vietnamese Bahn Mi and it was delicious. The service was very friendly and food was out quickly. Great sandwich spot!
