Great meat, great selection, great old time Casper family. It’s a treat to go to Brattis meat market. Everything is good. I’m particularly fond of the chicken breast. Add some Swiss cheese, shaved ham, egg wash, and bread crumbs, wow!🤩

Very clean and organized. They have a great variety of meat and other different products. Everything from special cuts to specialty cheese, sauce, and seasonings. Everyone is super friendly and helpful.

I love this meat market 😋. I feel like a kid in a candy 🍬 store 😋 ! The people that work there are always friendly and very helpful ! I want to try the rabbit 🐇 and rattle snake 🐍 sausage 😋

Hamloaf, if you order ahead they are willing to produce specialty grinds like ham loaf. The quality is always top notch.

Absolutely delicious steak. Got a ribeye and cooked it with their compound butter and rosemary/thyme. Spectacular meat!
