Wang's Asian Market

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. From the second we walked in, the woman at the counter acted like our presence was an inconvenience. There was no greeting, no courtesy — just an immediate demand asking what we wanted, as if we were bothering her by being there. I told her we were buying soy sauce and a few other items, yet she proceeded to follow us around the store the entire time, hovering and staring at us like we were criminals. It was uncomfortable, insulting, and completely unprofessional. Every few minutes she kept pushing us to check out, repeatedly asking, "Can you check out now?" We were simply trying to browse and shop like normal customers. When I said we were still looking, she claimed she was "not comfortable" and actually told us to leave the store. Unbelievable. I have never been treated with such blatant disrespect in a business. If this is how they treat paying customers, they clearly don’t value anyone’s business. Save yourself the frustration and shop somewhere else.

Was looking for an Asiam store in this area to look at. I'm new to the area. The lady was super nice and helpful. I enjoyed walking up and down all the aisles, looking at everything they had. Every shelf and corner wash well stocked. There is a nice refrigerated section that inches fresh meats and vegetables. Definitely will be back.

Great selection and cheaper than ordering from an online place like Amazon with the benefit of supporting a local business. Staff was very helpful and speaks English if you have questions, as well as most items having English labels that make it easier to find what you are looking for. It’s a little smaller than some other markets - but much cleaner and better organized. My wife works in pest control - and this is the only local Asian market I am allowed to buy from. Some bulk items are available as well - like large boxes of premium instant noodles. Best local Asian market - take a trip over and get something you love, or try something new!

They had everything on my list of speciality items that I needed! (They even had items I've had to order off Amazon when I used to live 45 minutes away.) The lady behind the counter was very friendly and helpful, and the store is well stocked and organized neatly. I will definitely show my patronage to this business instead of ordering from Amazon now that I'm only 15 to 20 minutes away.

The shop owner wouldn't leave us alone and kept watching and following us around the store while we were browsing. It made us uncomfortable. We left and won't return.

Good seaweed selection. Good snacks, too. Didn’t have everything I needed but they’re very friendly!

The only reason I go here is because it’s the closest one to my house, but it’s very expensive. The selection of products are limited. Plus, the frozen food is questionable and ice cream is old! I spent $16 for a tub of ube ice cream and it was dry and gross! It’s almost as though it got dehydrated it was so old. I’ll see if the owner will give me some credit.
