Apple Tree

Appletree is an international grocery store located in West Hartford. It's smaller scale than the nearby Asian market but it seemed to have most of the necessities. Parking was plentiful in the plaza. Once you walk in, you get that Asian market odor lol. There's a very clean, organized, and with lots of variety fish counter. I definitely would buy my seafood there. There were produce with a variety of different fruits and veggies that you can't find in your typical grocery store; I purchased some rambutan on this visit. There were seasonings, a small selection of noodles, and other products. It's not just Asian items but Latin, Caribbean, African, and more. There were dairy products and a bunch of snacks too. Service was good and it wasn't too crowded in there. Overall, a good spot to get some ethnic food items.

While the produce they had looked fresh, it's not a large store. I would like to see more variety.

The Cashier is very rude .. they shouldn’t be working with such bad attitude. Horrible customer service . The guy that was dark ish I didn’t get his name but they know who I’m talking about

Fish not good(used with carbo monoxide), fish cleaning not good and guys are rude . All vegetables and packaged items prices high. This is shop not suitable for southern India people

Awesome stores with lots of fresh fish verities never frozen. Fresh fruits and veggies reasonably priced. Thing placed well arranged easy to find. Not much crowded as you can quickly finish shopping with selective food and grocery items. Helping staff. Entering this shopping center some time tricky due to busy traffic on road. Overall I love shopping 🛍 here.

This place is rad. The seafood selection is unlike anything I've seen in recent times. The produce is also noteworthy, lots of greens that I want and are hard to find during the winter months. Staff is very kind to gringos like me.

If your looking for fresh produce or seafood, this is the place. Excellent selection of produce and Asian foods. Prices on produce is quite nice. Seafood is expensive, but u know it's fresh and worth the extra cash.
