Picked up a Uber eat order placing pretty good very busy. Seems to be very clean.

Very reasonable place and a kind owner. He offered to deliver my order because I wasn’t able to pick it up myself. The meat was cut and cleaned nicely and packed as per the instructions. The place is clean and carries most basic groceries. I am definitely going back to them for all my future meat orders.

Prompt service, reliable to the extent tells customer when merchandise is gone un saleable. Caters to Subcontinent gastronomic needs. Ample parking, convenient location, customer friendly work hours. Popular with cross section of community.

Called to place a small meat order at 6:56pm. The person who answered the phone said "brother, it's almost closing time, but what do you want?" I said online it says you close at 9:30pm. He said, "yeah we close at 9 but the meat section closes now but what do you want." Talk about horrible customer service. They don't even know how to speak to a customer. I was about to drive from 50 miles away because theres no halal meat market here. How does a meat market close the meat section 2 hours before closing time? That makes no sense. I'd understand up to 45 mins before because of the cleaning involved. Never going here. If you can't offer customer service, you shouldn't be in this type of a business. Ordered meat elsewhere in Lombard. Thank god I didn't waste my money here.

Their lamb is good and they have a good variety of candies and juice and other non-perishable groceries.

The new owner is very courteous and very accomodating .He came back for us after closing hours so that we can pickup our qurbani meat as we live almost 40 mts away .This is our first visit under his ownership.We wish him all the success & good luck. I am sure the community will support his business100% if he continue not only his outstanding customer service but also provide fresh product & compatible prices .
