Love Whole Foods and it’s still my favorite grocery store. However, the employees who pack the delivery groceries could do better. This is the bag of lemons I got.
Excellent produce, wonderful prepared foods, High-quality deli meats and everything else you could ask for in a grocery store. (Except for overly processed foods) I personally love the citrus selections at this location. I’ve seen the produce manager, Stephen does a great job keeping things fresh. Also, one of the best parts of this store might be the supplements section because the employee is working in that area are always To find something to ease any kind of problem you have, if it can be helped with supplements. I love to ask questions and learn more about health And eating better, because most of the employees have a lot of insight and good information. Thank you, Whole Foods!
This is a beautiful market; spacious, well managed, immaculate displays, fully stocked, and clean - above and beyond sanitary requirements. There's a counter where you can buy freshly made and made-to-order foods, a bistro with seating, wide aisles, mounds of fresh produce, multiple available checkout counters with cashiers, a staffed information counter, and an Amazon pick & drop service with live attendants. Go here on a Sunday morning... it's like going to Disney World and you're the only guest.
I purchased a "To Good To Go" prepared food bag and this would have been my 3 purchase from this venue but when I arrived at 6:45 because my pickup time was 7:00pm-8:00pm so I walked around the store to wait for the pickup time to see if they had anything on sale I could also pickup! I went to the counter to pickup my package and it took a few minutes for someone to come out and I had to say excuse me to get her attention and when I spoke to her she said I didn't know we had any of those left but let me go check! She went to check and came back and told me they had to throw several of those bags away so they did not have as many as they expected! So they did not have any more. This was very disappointing because I drove 20 minutes out of my way to come and pick this up so that is my time and gas wasted and no compensation!!!! I will not purchase anything from this location anymore and I'm glad I did not find anything else I wanted to buy at this time!!!!
I had a very disappointing experience at this Whole Foods. I ordered a one‑topping whole pizza and asked for the pepperoni to be placed on only one side so my kids could share it—one of them only likes cheese. This is a simple request and would’ve actually made the pizza easier to prepare, but the employee refused without any explanation. When I first asked where to place my order, the same employee told me to go to the pizza counter and that someone there would help me. After I walked over, she was the one taking my order anyway. It felt unnecessary and dismissive. A few minutes later, my son needed to use the restroom. We didn’t know the code was printed on the receipt, so I told him to ask an employee. She told him to "look at the receipt for the code." No problem—except moments later, a gentleman asked her the exact same question, and she gave him the code directly instead of telling him to check his receipt. Why were we treated differently? Between the lack of flexibility, the inconsistent treatment, and the poor communication, this visit was frustrating and far below the level of service I expect from Whole Foods.
I went to Whole Foods Market to drop off a couple Amazon returns. I did not shop here...I normally do other stores for groceries. The process to return items from Amazon is super easy and efficient to do. I had two items and was in and out in just a few minutes. There was nobody ahead of me, so that helps! The whole process is automated via kiosk, and it was simple to follow instructions.
I recently had an Amazon return I dropped off at the Whole Foods at 91st and Yale. Everyone was so helpful as I wanted to take cookies to the St. Francis Lab Techs and the bakery staff walked me through suggestions for them and others I wanted to take gifts to during the Christmas Holidays. Whole Foods have such an amazing selection of every food and wine selection anywhere!! I LOVE to shop there when I'm in Tulsa, as we live at Grand Lake!
