They have a ton of cutesy stuff for your home. My daughter loves this place and I can see why. Quality isn’t the best but for the prices of most items it isn’t too bad. She found a stuffed animal for herself and brother that was $8 each.

Walked in at 11am to see the store looking like it had been looted. The store manager didn't say a word to me (and I was the only one there) as she proceeded to text on her phone and slowly open up items and add them to a display. I'm shocked to see a retail store in this sorry state. Items thrown under displays, trash and grime on the floor and shelves, items carelessly thrown around, there's no love and care at all. But, that all makes sense given that the employees are verbally harassed, yelled at, and talked down to by upper upper management. If I was consistently made to feel like I wasn't good enough by my superiors, I wouldn't put any effort or love into my work either.

Love it here! Great stock and amazing prices- I was ready to pay any price for a mini pochacco speaker but it was so affordable and has great quality audio! I also had a question for a purchase I made that had a very simple answer I probably should've found myself but the cashier was very patient and kind. Happy MINISO!

Very nice store with Avery nice toys and kitchen stuff. It is good for last minute gifts but you can find the same items with 1/2 or 1/3 of the price

Very unpleasant experience with the "manager", Martin. He showed incredibly poor attitude right off the bat and was outright rude. There was zero regard for basic customer service. He refused to honor the labeled price of $14.99 for the Gundam model shown in the photo and blamed it on customers. Clear violation of California's Business and Professions Code § 12024.2 which states that the correct price of any item is the lowest posted, quoted, or advertised price for which the buyer qualifies (club, coupon, minimum amount purchases, etc.). The store is responsible for removing expired shelf tags and sales signs.

Cute store but 1 stars because the cashier was more focused on her phone than checking me out. I told her i was ready to check out and she told me to wait. They didn’t have prices on a lot of things and she got annoyed when i asked her for price checks. As you can see in the attached picture, she’s using her phone at the register……

This place is horrible. I just shopped with my son there and went back to ask for 0.25 change. I need a quarter to play with a machine for toy. When I walked in and asked a staff, I still did not finish my whole sentence and the other staff beside him loudly said "No" and so rude. I asked him his name and he looked scared to give out his name and I saw him giving change to others. He is discriminating a mom with a kid for a quarter change. I am not begging you for money! The person with white shirt standing in the cashier desk is the one who is rude and discriminating mom with kid.
