Quaker Steak & Lube

Placed a to go order for my family while we were all at Splash Lagoon, food was done quickly, tasted great (haven't had QS&L for awhile since most of the locations have closed near me), and the order was accurate and fairly priced.

Disappointed, stayed at Wyndham/splash lagoon next door. Ordered takeout Bucket of wings, chicken salad (biker) and chicken tenders and fries. ($67+5tip) Walked over early. Stopped in the bar to pick up, Restaurant wasn’t busy but take out can’t be picked up at bar. Ordered a Sam’s Adam’s seasonal while I waited. Beer was flat ($6.75+1tip). Drank a few sips left the rest. Back at the room no dressing for salad & $16.49 chicken tenders were the size of nuggets. On a positive, wings were decent and they didn’t skimp on the ranch/blue cheese or wipes/ napkins. Next time I’ll just drive to a local shop.

First time and last time visit. My wife and I will not go back. The food was to spicy hot even after asking if it was spicy hot before ordering. Our waitress attempted to take our order without writing it down and while she did get my wife's order correct, she totally messed mine up. The place was not busy but she was the only waitress on the floor. The Cauliflower Wings were phenomenal and I would door dash those in. From start to finish it took 2 hours and 45 minutes to eat and leave and our butts were sore from the seating. We did give the waitress a decent tip due to the Christmas Season and she did have a great personality. She did have my meal remade to what I originally ordered at no additional costs and attempted to rectify the situation.

My kids had such a great time bowling — they absolutely loved it. The atmosphere was fun and our server was really attentive and friendly, which made the experience even better. The food tasted good overall, but we were a little disappointed in the portion sizes. The kids finished everything on their plates and were still hungry afterward. My husband and I both ordered burgers, and while they were good, they were pretty small — about the size of a McDonald’s burger. We all cleaned our plates, but for the price, we were hoping for a bit more food. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves, but the portion sizes could definitely be improved

Great spot! Came with 7 people (2 kids) on a busy day—service was fast and super friendly. The BBQ sauce was fire! Perfect vibe, solid food, and they handled our crew like pros. Definitely coming back!

The experience we had there tonight was amazing. The restaurant wasn't overly packed but busy enough. The waitress was very pleasant and on top of everything!! Food was good and came out quick. They were very accommodating to kiddos and the manager went above and beyond to check on us. I wish I had caught the managers name as she was so sweet, along with the waitress. We will definitely be back after such a good experience. Great job Quaker Steak!

We cannot overstate the quality of the employees we encountered tonight. Those working at this location have every reason to be miserable. It’s located as part of an indoor water park on one of the busiest weekends of the year. But our hostess, bartender, and waiter were outstanding. They were friendly, patient, and understanding. The food was better than other stand alone Quaker steaks. So many props to those working tonight and those that have trained them. Cheers!
