I’m so glad my partner and I finally tried this place—we were absolutely blown away by the food! Everything is truly farm-to-table, and you can taste the freshness in every bite. The cocktails were amazing as well; we both wanted to keep ordering just to try them all. I landed on the Sun Models, which quickly became my favorite. The food was phenomenal!!! I had the housemade fettuccine with butternut squash sauce, and it was easily one of the best pasta dishes I’ve ever had—rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Even though we were completely full after dinner, we knew we couldn’t pass up dessert. We went for the Earl Grey crème brûlée with lavender ice cream, and it was honestly the best crème brûlée I’ve ever had. We’re so excited to have discovered a new favorite spot and can’t wait to come back! We also learned they host monthly speakeasy nights with different themes, which we’re already looking forward to trying. Such a hidden gem in Erie—the freshest, most thoughtfully prepared food. We will absolutely be back, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an incredible dining experience.
What a gem. We did a double date here and had a lovely time. The service is impeccable. The food is top notch. And the space is charming. The dinner was celebrating my birthday and they brought me a card signed by the entire staff and a sweet treat. I can’t say enough about the food. The small plates are great for sharing. I could eat the kale/parm dip everyday of my life. The salad was so beautiful. And every entree was special. For my wife and I, this is the perfect restaurant. We will be back!
My wife and I have eaten here multiple times and the experience has been good especially for the town of Erie. For the first time we decided to order Take Out. Part of our order was full order of calamari. As I am leaving i notice they only provided a half order. I looked in the box to make sure it was only a half and it was. I let them know we ordered and paid for a full and the Hostess was apologetic and went to have a full order added. We get home and open up the larger full order box and it was the same amount as was in the half order. Not cool Carrot Bistro. I assume you just dumped what was in the smaller box into the larger box. Lesson learned is to not do take out from this place especially for the price.
My experience with this restaurant was amazing. The food was so yummy, and the service 10/10 . The stuff are very friendly. We celebrated my friend’s birthday and they serve a free chocolate mouse with a candle was so nice from them.
Drove up from Denver because our son had an activity in the area. We stopped in at 24 Carrot Bistro because of good reviews, but we had no particular expectation. What we experienced was nothing short of brilliant. Probably the best brunch that either of us have had in a decade or more. We sat at the bar and marveled at the bartender's knowledge of mixology as well as menu. We ordered a "Italian Beef Hash" and a quiche special to split. The quiche was as flavorful and fluffy and delicate and decadent and delicious as any I've ever had. Laced with roasted poblano pepper and ensconsed in a homemade crust it was jaw-droppingly good. The salad on the side was the perfect accompaniment and would be a stand-out on its own if the quiche itself wasn't such a show-stealer. The hash featured generous chunks of fork-tender cuts of beef and a homemade take on giardiniera which showcased the farm freshness which we've learned is 24 Carrot's trademark. The flawlessly poached eggs and the balanced cream sauce created a hearty skillet that was bowl-lickingly good. We truly couldn't stop enjoying until both plates were not only empty, but scraped and mopped. All this capped by meeting the owner Bianca Retzloff and her executive chef who could not have been kinder, more appreciative hosts. This is a gem in a most unexpected place. They've created a magical space and have claimed it their own. So worth a visit, wherever you may come from on the front range. Thank you and well done!
Great Valentines date. Got their Valentines meal for 2 and the food was simply amazing. Staff was wonderful and the atmosphere was warm and relaxing. Both me and the Girlfriend loved it.
Eager to try more of the cocktails as the unique descriptions are ever intriguing. The farm to table aspect is phenomenal and surprisingly rare in the area. The cost is on the higher side but worth a trip when you can!
