Koko Lunchbox

We have been going here for a few years. Everything we’ve tried has been excellent and it’s a ton of food! My favorite is the dupbop, pork or beef. I finally came on to give a review because of our experience tonight. We brought our 9 month old and our server was so sweet and thoughtful with her, bringing her a (half full) cup of water with a straw, an extra bowl, etc. without us even asking. On top of great food and service it was such kind gesture I won’t forget!

I am from San Diego, where you will tend to find more authentic Korean cuisine. And being in Utah, I’m not going to expect anything really authentic for anything here. But WOW I was suprised by this location. This was a small business Korean restaurant, and it was amazing to say the least. Actually some of the best Korean food I have ever had. The potstickers were also some of the best I’ve ever had. The service was really good, and our sever was great at answering any questions we had. It was pretty affordable too, especially in comparison to San Diego Korean restaurants. Definitely will be making a return if I’m in the area

Koko Lunchbox is hands down my favorite Korean restaurant in Utah! 😍 I ordered the stone bowl, and let me tell you, it was packed with flavor and came with a generous portion of food—definitely more than enough to fill me up. 🥘 The stone bowl was piping hot, with perfectly cooked rice that had that delicious crispy layer at the bottom. The veggies and beef were fresh, tender, and super flavorful. I like my food spicy, so I added a bunch of the hot sauce 🌶️, which took it to another level! Service was quick, even though it wasn’t too busy when I went. ⏱️ The staff were friendly and efficient, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. The place is straightforward and has a nice, casual vibe—perfect for a quick bite or a relaxed meal. It’s conveniently located and has easy parking, which made the experience even better. 🅿️ I’ve tried a lot of Korean spots around Utah, but this one takes the cake for me. 🎂 The quality, flavor, and portion sizes are top-notch, and I’ll absolutely be returning again and again. If you’re craving authentic Korean food, this is the spot to check out. Highly recommend Koko Lunchbox! 😋

I have been to Koko Lunchbox many times and ordered multiple items off the menu and I don't think I have had one bad experience while there. The food is seasoned well and flavorful with lots of different options to choose from. The have plenty of substitutions you can make for a certain entree or dish which makes it easier to get something you'll like. The have plenty of seating inside and although the atmosphere is a little run down it doesn't detract to much from the overall experience. Definitely give this place a try.

We love koko lunchbox!! Their portions are great and the food is so good. Everything came out fairly quickly, prices are good as well. Our server was great, she was from Hongdae, Korea.

I was excited to try the bibimbap bowl after such positive reviews, but I was underwhelmed. I loved the fresh veggies, but I felt like the dish was lacking in seasoning. The sauce on the table helped with that issue. It was a solid meal and the potstickers were fantastic, but I wasn’t super satisfied with my meal. Big portion sizes and plenty full though however. The atmosphere is just a bit boring. No music, little to no decorations, nothing really made the place stick out as a go-to spot.

The food was amazing, my friend and I loved our stone bowls. It was so colorful and flavorful. I love that they have the sauces on the table to add to the bowls as you please as well. The server was nice, but it was kind of confusing how to order for us if it was order at the counter or sitting down. The bathroom smelled bad but I think it is shared with another business so not completely their fault. The Boba smoothies were so delicious, both the mango and taro smoothies tasted amazing and I want to get them and the bowls again. I will be back for more! We got a table easily but it got really packed after, around 7.
