Cupbop is one of my go-to quick lunch spots The food is fast, filling, and packed with flavor, especially if you like a little heat. I like that you can customize the spice level, which makes it easy to tailor your meal exactly how you want it. The portions are generous for the price, and everything feels fresh when it’s made. Even when there’s a line, it moves pretty quickly. The staff is upbeat and efficient, which makes the experience even better. It’s a great option when you want something different from the usual fast food choices.
I loved how kind everyone was and think it’s awesome the let you get free food for just doing a review
This place has amazing food!! Not only that but they are very quick in getting the food out to you. The food also is great as leftovers, if you have any that is!
All protein options are awesome, even the Doochi—best tofu I have ever had. Super small location which makes the experience pretty intimate. Great outdoor seating in the summer.
Our family loves cupbop, the closest location is near BYU campus so it does tend to take longer for them to make our cupbop bowls than other locations. I the last three times we've gone, it seems like we're getting less and less meat each time. The parking situation is kind of awful with only 3 spots available that I could see, in the oddly triangle shaped lot. There's no street parking nearby so you may have to park near the apartment buildings which I'm sure the occupants would be happy about. So far we've been lucky to get the last of the tree spots so I can't complain much, but it is hard to negotiate the parking bc of the tiny lot and how other cars are parked near that other building. Hard to explain but you'll see if you go there. The workers are friendly, but I do with they'd be honest with the time frame. Telling me 10 more minutes after I've been waiting 30, then another 5 mins, then another 4 mins just keeps me checking. It's fine, tell me it's going to be 50-60mins is fine, I'll go somewhere else or I'll enjoy a podcast while I wait, but it will save me from getting out of my car multiple times to see if it's ready yet.
Rosie was great with helping me with my cupbop selection! She provided great customer service and made our experience so cool 😉
Always had a phenomenal experience with cupbop in AZ. Was visiting and it was the complete opposite. I clearly ordered my food. When my family opened the bag nothing was labeled (three identical items with varying spice level requested so kind of important)…. Ultimately the spice level didn’t even seem to vary much—if at all. The quality of the food was disgusting. One part of my order was wrong and the little guy kept arguing with me about it when I tried to even talk to them about it…. even though I read directly the verbiage on the menu when ordering. They didn’t correct it. The tall guy just said we will give you half of what I ordered in place of what they gave me as if that was correcting the issue and then abruptly closed the window on me. The tables were all wobbly and genuinely filthy. My son got sick for two days after his meal. HORRIBLE experience. Never again.
