Shu Hot Pot & Korean BBQ KTV

First time here and it was worth EVERY BITE AND PENNY! Customer service was outstanding, the male server is GREAT at what he does. The crew was very welcoming. He presented the menu and the expectations of the restaurant. He continously checked in on us, when kitchen bought out the food he made sure someone came to explain what was what. He made it very memorable and enjoyable. I'd definitely come back. And the food was delicious, tried some new things.

My husband took me here for a date for the first time and I fell in love with this place. Our server, Bella, was exceptional, kind and informative! The mgr/owner Troy went above and beyond to show my husband and I how to properly cook our food on the grill and in the soup. He even made us his secret sauce which we now call the Troy sauce lol! I’ve never had anyone take the time to actually explain the culture and how the food should be prepared. Everything was so delicious and we’ll definitely be back.

This place is awesome!!! Attentive staff, generous portions, and SUCH a beautiful restaurant!! Bella was our server and she was so kind!! Our food came out quickly and they have a huge selection of sauces and appetizers on their buffet! We had an amazing time and will return when we are in Savannah again!!!

We have a really good experience. The food was awesome and the service was really good. Shine was our waiter. Will definitely be back. Definitely check it out for a date night holiday or family gathering. Best meal since being in Savannah for sure!

Had a wonderful birthday celebration at Shu! Our waiter, Shine, was very friendly, very helpful, and brought a lively energy. If you're new to hot pot, definitely come hungry, the food is plentiful and amazing all atound- I can particularly recommend the fried taro, and daikon for hot pot! Hot oil is good for adding some spice to non-spicy broths- the spicy ones are plenty spicy, spice fans definitely stop in! The atmosphere is beautiful, and fun- I highly recommend this place! Perfect for a celebration!

We had such a great experience here. Visiting Georgia for a birthday, our server Vashti or ‘V’ was so attentive, funny, and all around personable. We had such a great dining experience and we want to visit again!!
