This was our first hot pot/Korean BBQ restaurant experience. It was wonderful. Our server was super helpful, especially with it being our first visit. She suggested selections, taught us how to cook the items, and made sure to show us where the buffet items (sushi rolls, sauces, and desserts) were. The broth options were delicious - I had the tom yum, my daughter had the miso, my son had a mix of the pork and szechuan broths - each one was a rich base. We think the space was formerly an Olive Garden, which felt familiar (!). We left with super full bellies. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Great food. Just an fyi, it was our first time here and were surprised that they already have tip included as a 18% service fee. Other than that, not bad. It would be nice to have more options for sides other than just kimchi and lettuce. Maybe pickled radish? Also, I was a bit surprised that no one made sure we knew how to work the bbq on our own. Thankfully it wasn’t my first time eating KBBQ but I think it should be standard practice for staff to assist guests. But overall, not bad. Quality of meat was great but service can be improved.

Excellent hot pot and Korean bbq. It was delicious! Excellent soup selections. I had the szechuan soup base and then ordered lobster balls, crab sticks, shrimp, watercress, bok choy and rice noodles. So good!! The bbq is also great. We had bulgogi beef, Korean short ribs, garlic shrimp, and bmpork belly. All of it was great. Loved all the spices and sauces to mix together. So good!!

I recently had dinner at Kirin Asian BBQ and Hot Pot, and I have to say it was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a while. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. The quality of the meat was outstanding fresh, well-marinated, and full of flavor. I really liked that we could grill everything exactly how we wanted. The hot pot options were just as impressive, with rich, flavorful broths and a great variety of fresh vegetables, seafood, and noodles to choose from. Everything tasted clean and high quality. The atmosphere was lively but still comfortable, making it a perfect spot for family dinners or hanging out with friends. The tables were clean, and the service was quick without feeling rushed. Overall, the experience was excellent — great food, great service, and great value. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon and highly recommend it to anyone who loves BBQ and hot pot!

This all-you-can-eat hot pot place was a pleasant surprise. The quality of the meats, vegetables, dumplings, tofu, and other ingredients was very good, and overall the food exceeded expectations. The staff checked in to see if we wanted to order more, though I wish they did so a bit more frequently. Dinner for three came to about $125 including an 18% service charge—definitely not cheap, but reasonable given the quality. That said, I was uncomfortable with one recurring issue: a particular staff member repeatedly asked for a cash tip on top of the mandatory service charge. While she was friendly and helpful, this practice felt inappropriate, especially since other staff members also delivered the food. Because of this, I'm taking one star away, despite the good food and service.

My visit to Kirin Asian BBQ & Hot Pot was both unique and delicious. While I didn’t use the grill or hot pot this time, the menu offered plenty of options to enjoy. The highlights of my meal were the spicy tuna and salmon, paired perfectly with sauces I created using their impressive sauce bar. My favorite combination was a mix of spicy chili crisp and soy sauce, which added a perfect kick to each bite. Chris, a staff member, was incredibly helpful in explaining the dining concept and answering any questions I had. He shared how the grills and hot pots are designed for guests to prepare their own meals and emphasized that the staff is always available to assist newcomers with getting comfortable and making the most of the experience. The restaurant’s setup is thoughtfully designed, with a modern and welcoming ambiance. The sauce bar, featuring about two dozen ingredients, adds a creative and interactive element, allowing guests to personalize their meals. Although I didn’t explore the full hot pot or grill experience this visit, it was clear that Kirin offers a fun and engaging way to dine, making it perfect for groups and families. With fresh ingredients, a variety of options, and a friendly, supportive staff, Kirin Asian BBQ & Hot Pot provides a dining experience that’s not only delicious but also enjoyable. I’m looking forward to returning to try out the full grill and hot pot setup next time! Highly recommended for both seasoned and first-time guests.

There’s something about rainy days that makes me crave a hot bowl of soup—and today was no exception. Not only was I in the mood for soup, but also Korean barbecue. I’d passed by Kirin Hot Pot many times, and today I finally decided to give it a try. It was raining, I was hungry, and the timing felt perfect. There was no wait for seating, and we were warmly welcomed by our cheerful and knowledgeable server. I ordered the Tom Yum broth along with bulgogi and galbi—classic Korean barbecue favorites. I honestly can’t remember the last time I had Korean barbecue this good. The galbi and bulgogi were flavorful and tender, grilled just right. Our server made sure everything was perfect and really enhanced the overall dining experience. Kirin Hot Pot is not far from me, and it’s now officially my go-to spot for both Korean barbecue and hot pot soup. The prices are excellent, especially for the quality and portions. If you’re a fan of Korean barbecue, this place is a gem. Wonderful food, great service—I’ll definitely be back. Thank you, Kirin!
