Tokyo is run by a lovely elderly couple which already made the experience feel special. I found this place on Google Maps while searching for authentic Japanese sushi and I’m glad it was recommended. I ordered the sushi platter along with the chicken lo mein. The sushi platter came with a salad and miso soup. I usually don’t care for miso soup because it often tastes watered down but this was easily some of the best miso soup I’ve had in a long time full of flavor. The sushi itself was amazing. Everything was made fresh and right on the spot nothing felt pre made. You can really taste the quality and care in every bite. I will definitely be coming back. If you’re looking for fresh, authentic sushi, don’t hesitate to give this place a try.

We ordered the Sashimi platter, geisha roll and steak and shrimp hibachi. Everything was absolutely delicious. The rolls were melt in your mouth. The staff (and owners?) were very attentive. The place, albeit tiny, is cozy and just screams family owned. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for high quality typical Japanese fare.

It was better than any other hibachi that we've ever been to. Family friendly and friendly owners. Excellent meat and vegetables!

This is our family’s go-to for hibachi!! Our 4 year old son says it’s "incredible." Homemade Ginger Dressing is always on point. Steak is cooked to perfection. Service is amazing. They even taught our son to use chopsticks tonight during our visit. Do yourself a favor and go check them out!

Not Japanese. The name is very misleading. The food is mediocre at best and more Chinese leaning. Sushi was decent. Bento was underwhelming. The waitress came across as rude when overwhelmed/busy. We won’t be coming back. Definitely a 4.2 star, or less spot. Not oishi. Spent $80 on two adults one child and left hungry.

This was our first time visiting this restaurant, and OMG, they did NOT disappoint!! The service was amazing, quick and efficient, restaurant was clean and the food was phenomenal!! Not your traditional cook in front of you hibachi, but amazing nonetheless. I had the filet and shrimp with fried rice and hubby had the filet and chicken with white rice. SO GOOD! Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for good hibachi without the hoopla. They had a lot of options for sushi and sashimi, as well as happy hour specials. We will definitely be back!

My husband knows I LOVE sushi so he brought me here for my birthday tonight and WOW! It was the best sushi we’ve ever had without a doubt! The staff was super friendly and efficient, everything was clean and everything we ordered was incredible! We will definitely be coming back
