Great restaurant! No grill just soups that you cook adding the meat and whatever else you select. Price is about 33 dollars a person but unlimited food. All in all great place!

First time trying hot pot and I was quite impressed. The service is good, and the food was fresh. I didn’t think that I would enjoy having to "cook" the food myself but it was definitely better than I thought it would be. The best part is that it’s all you can eat. Overall my fiancé and I had a great experience for the price.

Absolutely loved this hotpot spot! The broth was rich and flavorful, and the ingredients were incredibly fresh. There were so many options to choose from, and everything cooked perfectly. First time there, experience was unique. It is an all you can eat dinner, you just order your broth and then meats, veggies and seafood with a tablet as you want more and they bring it out or it is delivered with a robot (I've only seen these at 1 other place). There are tons of food options and staff was very friendly and explained everything.

Today was my first time going to this place. The atmosphere is outstanding. I felt like I was doing overseas. Ordering through the tablet made it easy to order whatever you wanted on the fly. And the food came super quick. The selection was vast and fulfilling. I highly recommend dining here. And the robot delivering your drinks and stuff was top tier.

It was my first time to visit this restaurant and I was really impressed with everything. There was a wide variety of options to satisfy just about anyone's taste buds. I like spicy but it may not be for everyone. I will say this about Urban Hot Pot. If you like soup based food and oriental foods you've got to try this place once.
