HotPot 757 Chesapeake

Walk in and greeted by front desk staff. So far so good. Was seated by my waitress whom was great at smiles and openness. But she didn't know the menu even when I told them I've never been there before. So that just made me play the guessing game on food. Got the chicken, beef, scallops and mushrooms for my hot pot. Got the Angus, skirt steak and spicy salmon for my grill. Everything came out frozen except my scallops and spicy salmon. It worried me because how are they storing the food? Couldn't find their food inspection sheet which makes me worry more. So I tried to eat what I could and season what I could but just didn't enjoy the meal. Food was frozen and salmon was fishy. Them to top it all off I was AUTOMATICALLY charged a 18 percent gratuity and I sat there by myself for one hour. I still tipped my waitress 5 dollars because she wasn't bad. 0/10 run from this place.

Rolan my server demonstrated amazing customer service by always checking to make sure everything is satisfactory. his knowledge of the menu and customers favorite items shows he’s not only a diligent worker but also personable/attentive - allowing him to enhance customer experience by recommending delicious food/drink options. overall, I always enjoy myself when I come here the ENTIRE staff is always welcoming and the food is always great !!

Roaches Update this is my second time here after leaving a 1 star review before. First off my waitress was amazing she was very kind and amazing at her job. However she was the only one working desperately trying to cover around 10+ tables. There was a manager and several others at the host stand doing nothing while she ran around. Most of our meal was waiting to order food and just sitting looking around. Second we on 2 seperate accounts saw 2 different roaches in the dining area. This was not random they didnt run we were in their home. The bulgogi was tough and inedible the only thing that was good was the shaved lamb. Also I will mention after we pointed out the roaches to the manager they did give us 30% off

The food was so amazing we forgot to take pictures! Great price for both the Hot Pot and Barbecue all you can eat. Our server Emilyn was fantastic! It was our first time. She was patient in showing us how to cook the food as well as explaining how to order. Her service is second to none!!!

Amazing food and such great service. Came for a dinner with my parents and our server Yuxiang was so nice and very attentive! 10/10 would definitely come back.

Wow Wow WOW. I love hot pot and loved my experience here at Chesapeake Hot 757. Our server was Emily, she was very sweet and informative, she really made the night delightful. My fiancé and I did hot pot and grill. Round one was more than enough for our time eating there. The portions were very generous. The atmosphere and the service was amazing.

Me and my sister went here tonight, service was amazing! Came out very fast and tasted great! Our server, Yuxiang, was on top of it even when having to manage many tables.
