Great offer of fresh meals and great sandwiches. We had a couple of sandwiches which were freshly prepared for us. For NY reasonable prices. I also liked the fruit and vegetables area. Close by Brooklyn Bridge.

I had a very unpleasant experience on 1/29 around 8:30 PM. An employee wearing a black shirt was sitting near the self-checkout area. When the self-checkout machine was not working properly, I asked for help. Instead of assisting, she stood at a distance, watched, and spoke in an extremely unkind and dismissive manner, as if telling me to go away. There was no attempt to help or explain the issue. This level of customer service was unacceptable and felt unnecessarily harsh. I hope management addresses this behavior so other customers don’t have a similar experience.

I’ve been a customer of this store for 18 years. And all that time the management fools customers around with the fraudulent charges. All neighborhood love this store because of its convenience. The store has almost everything! But sometimes you buy rotten fish or chicken. I don’t buy fish anymore at this place. All other stuff might be good or bad quality. But the most disgusting thing is the cashier charges which don’t show the market prices advertised and just ignored when you pay for it. Also they set the cheap brands for the price of real more quality brands. For example: the advertised clementines $4.99 /3lb they sell the cheap brand "premium citrus" picture attached. Today I was going to buy cranberry cheesecake $6.99 for 12oz. The cashier gave me the price $9.49 when all the line of these cakes had no charge like that. Picture attached. The manager Sammy have been lying for years trying to explain the wrong products and wrong charges. He just takes away the advertised prices after I tell him. How many people just overpaid? Plenty!

Used to buy 3-4 lbs. of fish here every week. There was a guy at the counter who made sure it was stocked with fresh fish every week and the prices were fair. But when the new owner/manager came in they pushed out the fish manager. Now all the prices are $2-3 higher per lb. and they rarely stock freah fish so I buy from them once every month or two.. Smart business, I guess? Sorry that you guys overpaid for the store, but if you don't stock fish then you can't make anything off the higher prices.

Great neighborhood supermarket with international fare and decent prices for those of us in a budget. Today I’m glad I remembered that the cooks here are Mexican and rotisserie chicken is pretty flavorful for only $5

Insanely overpriced, Whole Foods is more cost efficient. Ive bought raw chicken from there 5-6 times and I have to throw half of it out everytime. The cut is off, and the chickens always tough before even being cooked

High end for key foods. They have a large variety of deli counter and buffet foods for those working in the area. It’s in the back left of the main floor. I’ve yet to try it, but the store had a lot of other things I needed when I took these photos for future reference
