I had the best massage with Anna. I went in there because I was having bad hip and shoulder pain and she got in there and relieved a lot of my pain. I highly recommend!

They don't ask questions like, you who do you prefer to give you a massage, male or female? Or How do you want your massage mild, medium, or strong. They just assume that you're going to like the massage the way they do it. So, Don't forget to tell them how do you like it. In my opinion the massage was too strong for me.

I’ve been going to them for years, my whole family does, too. I’ve never had a bad experience. Some of the reviews here say they are mean about tipping, but why would anyone not tip their therapists after he or she took care of you. The unhappy customers must be unhappy for a reason. I recommend them to everyone for the price and for the services.

They charge my wife and I $120 total for the full body massage, I mention to the guy I would like to give a tip as he’s about to finalize the payment in the card machine. He seems puzzled. I type in his calculator that he hands me 135, which would be a 15 dollar tip. Since English is not understood at all we are using hand gestures, pointing and calculators to communicate a suggested number. He gets a lady to come in since he is not understanding my suggestion of a tip. Then another guy comes in. The 3 of them spend a while arguing and punching a bunch of numbers in their credit card machine (while holding my debit card in their hand) which is very alarming. She states in very broken English that the tip I am suggesting is not acceptable and they need to charge a minimum of 20% tip. She shows it’ll be 148 for the 120 dollar service. A forced tip. Nice. I will never return to this place. We had come here in the past years ago and the massages were always 5/10 mediocre. Now they give the same 5/10 massage and rip you off also. No thanks on returning. Looking at other reviews, this seems to be the norm for them. No wonder your business is empty and you guys struggle.

It was a terrible experience; there were always people talking outside, which prevented me from relaxing and made me very nervous.

I called and scheduled a massage for my Wife and Daughter (18 years old). When I called I asked for two female masseuses and the guy I was speaking said yes. As my Wife and Daughter were getting undressed for their massage they began to hear one man and a couple female masseuses start yelling at each other. They were very loud and angry. This kept going on so my wife put her clothes back on and walked out and confronted them to ask them to stop yelling. They apologized and stopped. Then about 30 seconds into my daughter massage a man walked in and they started arguing again. My daughter asked them to stop and said she would leave if they didn’t. Again, they apologized and stopped. A few minutes later the lady masseuse in my daughter’s room and the lady masseuse in my wife’s room started yelling at each other through the walls. This was the absolute worst experience my Wife and daughter have ever had. Will not be going back.

I went in today with my husband for the couples 60 min massage. I was enjoying my massaging , I had John. He made me feel very relaxed and I am completely satisfied. I was thinking my husband was having the same experience as me. he was mentioned how NONE of it felt good at all. The lady dug her elbows into him the entire time, rubbing her elbow against his bones. The entire time I can hear her smacking and pounding his body. My husband said it was as if she didn’t know what to do. It was fast, harsh, and not what he had expected. While rubbing his head, she applied too much force and was pulling his hair. She did everything carelessly. While paying , a different lady asks how much for tip. I said 10 and she was trying to get me to pay 10$ each.I told her I am just giving my masseuse $10 and that’s it. I had to tell her the exact total I am going to pay. And she just says "....ok...." and you can tell she did not appreciate that amount.
