Wyndham Visalia

I have stayed here for years during my travels during pollination season to the valley. I usually stay here do to the safer and ease of location to park my truck. List of some things during my last stay why it will be the the last. Disgusting tile in bathroom, 4th floor so probably was an overflow room and hadn't been remodeled. Hair on the sheets Door to room 401 is falling apart at the bottom. Ac in room did not work. Ice machine on 4th floor was broken. No longer serve the complimentary breakfast.. but you can pay for an overpriced coffee. Hotel hall ways smelled very bad of sewage Room phone did not work. No more room service. Told front desk lady and her response was I cant help you, you purchased on hotels.com I paid 250 for that night! What a Joke!

Dear Wyndham Employee, Please provide me with a invoice showing that I paid for the trip. I gave you the actual key and you requested that I place it in the bowl that was setting on the counter. which I did. Also, I left without getting any paperwork from you. Can you send it to me electonically to my email address? I would truly appreciate it. And just a quick reminder that we only stayed one night and had to leave due to a family emergency. The hotel has a great indoor pool and jacuzzi - it’s very clean (plus outdoor in summer weather). There is a great park next door for kids. Plus they have self serve laundry. The staff are very helpful. Great value.

The Wyndham in Visalia man this place was comfortable, quiet, and clean. My room had a microwave and refrigerator which was awesome. The gym here was great. I enjoyed my stay and definitely plan to stay here whenever I am in town.

I have been here several times for events, but never had the pleasure to actually stay in one of their rooms. Decided to have a staycation for New Years Eve this year and stay locally. This place was the cheapest and the highest rated. Checking in was a breeze and I was able to do it the night before all online. I got there walked up and they handed me the keys, probably one of the quickest check-ins I've had ever in and in my room within 5 minutes. I got a King Room no smoking. The place was very clean, decent sized and the bed was super comfortable. I expected to have a horrible night's sleep considering that is my usual experience at hotels, but was pleasantly surprised to enjoy my night. Honestly no complaints.

This location had a conference with a hundred kids or more they were over booked and had to listen to kids banging and screening running up and down the halls no adults the hotel staff did nothing to help . This went on till 11:30 pm. When I brought it to the morning manager she looked at me and said sorry. Nothing I can do. Wow. This is our second time here and and the first time experience is what brought us back. Very disappointed this trip.

We arrived late at night, front desk man was very nice, patient, and resourceful. Gave us some info in regards to visiting the NP. Very nice hotel especially for price. Very comfortable lux bed, clean sheets and plenty of towels. Would definitely book again.
