Whole Foods Market

I come to this market for my weekly grocery shopping. The most important feedback I can give is that the prices at the register and the price tags on the shelf are contradicting for both packaged goods and produce. It happened 4 times in a couple of months already. The customer service lady said that the register has the correct price but the shelf does not have the updated price tag. Today I bought one celery root ($2.99/each on the shelf). I was charged $5.99/pound at the register and I paid $8 for it. Customer serv lady was kind enough to refund me the extra $5 even though the register price was correct but she referred the shelf price. As a result, we cannot know if the shelf prices are updated or not. Therefore. I check every single items on my receipt before I leave the store. I hope the store manager sees this constructive feedback because I love whole foods and its quality. 🍀 Edit: this tomatoes are from my last visit. This location is has the worst quality of produce.

Great Wholesome Foods location and staff. This isn’t my preferred Amazon return delivery spot, but it’s very convenient and the people who work that counter are friendly and patient. The store is always very clean and organized, and compared to the grocery prices of other stores nowadays it’s not outrageous for things that are more niche or unique.

Whole Foods, it failed. Whole Foods used to be so much better. Prices were nice and the food at the cafe section was always good and cheap. Now, with the new location open, I paid $75 for these 3 boxes of food. And the food isn’t that good anymore! You could get a nice steak and fries for a better price. Not coming here again. No wonder the store is so empty.

I absolutely love whole food but will not ask them to customize a birthday cake again. Here is the inspiration and the cake they made. I was very disappointed.. it looks like the cake is 2 or 3 days old, the letters is falling appart.

This is a great store, beautiful location. Good sales on various days. They have tried to separate the parking lot so we’re not competing with aggressive Amazon clients, but their return line takes up a lot of space as you exit the store. Try to stay on the right side of the store as much as you can. Their lunch buffet is great – but for some reason, they still don’t have plates with lids like other locations? So you have to eat out of a box. Very awkward especially with such a really pretty dining area!? Catering orders are complicated -They want you to go through Amazon online. So you’re not communicating with anybody from the store-even if you’re in the store. 🤔 All order communication is done through customer service who then communicates with the department you’re ordering from. 🙄 Also the Adjacent Asian department does not go through Amazon. Make sure you find someone who speaks fluent English-Otherwise, very challenging to create or check on an order. While the bakery items are beautiful. I’ve had some cake decorating botched up. They did fix it, but it took my extra time. You can tell just about everyone is doing the very best they can there. Very nice people working in the store overall. It appears these problems are bigger company related.

Good for meat For chicken and beef, i prefer whole foods. There are different types of meats available. If you purchase packed chicken, they will cut it for you, which I really like. For prime members, there will be some offers most of the time. If you want to return something to amazon, you can choose this location as a drop-off location. There are salads and live pizzas as well. Kind and friendly staff. Plenty of parking.

Whole Foods Metcalf Avenue Overland Park Kansas. Super Clean. Well lit. Wonderful produce section. Don’t expect normal name brands. I believe these locations are linked to Amazon. It had an Amazon shipping counter.
