I made am appointment and waited 2 months to be seen for a pea sized cyst growing on my face. The dr looked at it and immediately said she couldnt remove it, that I needed surgery and stitches. I wasnt treated, she gave me a business card and then they billed me $160. A few weeks later, the cyst grew and I removed it myself. No surgery needed, definitely no stitches, and it hasnt returned. I still cant believe I was billed $160 to be handed a business card I could have just googled. The doctor said she would never treat on the first visit i.e. turn a one time visit into multiple visits so they can get as much money out of you and insurance. I have been to three other dermatologists offices; this was my fourth and the only experience I've had where minor removals weren't possible. I dont recommend them and I'm almost positive they are in the practice of overbilling insurance considering the massive bill I was given to be handed a business card. I asked for a receipt of services and was never given it, just another bill saying I owe them money, no billing codes, no receipt of services.

Kelli Arntzen is a wonderful doctor. Great sense of humor. All her present & past assistants have been top notch.

Oh I've tried to love this practice since I moved to west Seattle in 1991 but it keeps breaking my heart. It's been several years since my last bad experience so I thought I'd give them another try and got in the months long queue for an annual exam. I showed up for an annual exam and was told the provider had left the practice. I'm completely capable of missing the cancellation call they said they left but I definitely didn't imagine the confirmation email I received three days ago. The staff stared at me like it was my fault. I'm back to driving to first hill 🙄

I have been seeing Dr Arntzen since she opened the practice. She makes you feel like a friend. She listens to my issues and works with me to solve them. I enjoy our yearly visits.

Dr. Marcus and his staff are very thorough, professional and always helpful in finding the right treatment and medication to cure my many dermatological issues. I am a literal "dermatological Disneyland," a dermatologist’s dream, and Dr. Marcus is both caring and considerate.

Called to learn about services and book an initial appointment but was sent to their voicemail. That would be perfectly fine, except that their mailbox is full and cannot accept any additional messages. Guess I won't then.
