Customer Reviews
Watson Clinic Cancer & Research Center has a rating of 3.7 out of 5 based on over 30 reviews on Google
I needed an iron infusion and the front desk told me I couldn’t schedule the infusion until my insurance approved it, which makes sense. The following week they called me and told me it was approved so we scheduled my infusion. After I had the infusion, I received a $1000 bill because my insurance didn’t approve it. After talking to my insurance company, turns out Watson clinic never sent anything over for approval. So I’m left paying the bill. Lesson learned to reach out to my insurance company for pre-approvals myself before scheduling any appointments.
I'm in the middle of radiation treatment here and everyone has been beyond kind. They make me feel like a person, not just a cancer patient. Everything is clean and pleasant. I'm really surprised by all the negative reviews.
Constant changes of receptionist at front desk. Lost some good people like Lashaunda and Melonie upstairs. Visits with Dr's. Are too short. Nobody answers the phone for scheduling. Nothing like it used to be when I started there 7 years ago. Lost personally touch.
This office is just nice looking. It is very unprofessional and they don’t communicate well. It is hard to get my treatment bc of the lack of professionalism. They don’t answer the phones, they don’t return calls, I left a message on the portal. It shows that a staff looked at the message, however my concern was not important to them. I received no feedback or phone call. I’ve been going here for years because of my fear of cancer and I really don’t have much knowledge of offices around. I’m in tears typing this because I feel like they are playing with my life with 0 regards. Dr. Mulaparthie is nice and that’s about all I can say. I give this office a negative 20. I really hate this place. I’ve never felt so much sadness in my life. Having cancer and the lack of support from your Dr office is very discouraging when you have family routing for you.
Physicals, nursing staff, and front desk staff are for the most part great and I would at least give the center a 4.5 star, but the chemo therapy room is inadequate. Patients are sitting so close together that the nursing staff can barely get between patents to setup and switch IV fluids. There is no privacy! Nurse have too may patients at one time. Alarms IV alarms keep going off all around. Nurse have a hard time getting to the Alarms in a timely manner. If you have a long treatment there is no privacy and little room to eat. If you have an reaction to treatment there is no privacy. The room is loud and busy making it hard to rest. I would give the chemo room facility a 0.
Used to be a great place but recently have lost some people and today the dr is seeing over 50 patients and our appt. Is almost 1 1/2 hr going on 2 hrs running late . Watson Cancer and main clinic getting slower and worse
The compassion, care, and professionalism from all of the staff is unrivaled. Every single team member greets you with warmth and treats you as if you’re the most important patient at the moment. I can’t express how deeply appreciative I am of Dr. Vugman and her care. She was extremely kind, informative, professional, empathetic, and thorough while I was seeking chemotherapy treatment. Follow ups with her are wonderful as well; she always greeted me with a sincere warm smile and treated me as if I was her own family member. Even her hugs are genuine and make you feel amazing!! Her scheduler, Marsha, is a sweetheart too! The nurses who administer the chemo/ blood work are kind, gentle, professional, and deserve high praises. Being diagnosed with Cancer is terrifying for anyone. Watson Clinic Oncology truly helps guide you though the daunting process with love, encouragement, support, and superior service from every staff member.
