Walmart Supercenter

Went here to get a flu shot at the pharmacy. The service I received from the pharmacy was fast and friendly. Also, I was surprised at how upscale this store looks compared to other Walmart stores I have visited. Walking past the apparel department, there were nice looking fixtures everywhere I looked.

Consistently stopped for a receipt even with all items bagged. If my spouse is more than three steps away they stop one of us and try to make the other return. Door staff have repeatedly lied saying it’s a policy I have to comply with the receipt check and item search or I would be told I couldn’t come back. Figure out a better system that doesn’t make me prove I didn’t steal, or that doesn’t cause a traffic jam trying to leave.

Walmart is my favorite place to shop when my family asked me what I want for Christmas I say gift cards for Walmart. I shop sometimes 2-4 times in one day. Today I was very disappointed. I bought the fried chicken and french fries and it was so dried out. No one could eat it. That was a waste of nine dollars and I live on a fixed income. I don’t have money to just throw in the trash.

I am basing this review solely on the pickup department. Something have to change with your process its not a broken system as far as online check in systems. Its the getting it out. Pickup is suppose to be a convenient option. But if I can go inside and pick up the items before I recieve them outside , its no longer convenient. There is a time efficiency issue that needs to be addressed. However, staff is usually friendly.

A good spot that sells a variety of brands including its own. Prices are comparable to other similar stores. This particular location tends to have a busy parking lot, so keep in mind that there is a small parking garage closer to the street. The staff are polite and professional. They are following current respiratory hygiene guidelines. Recommended.

Self-check out employees can be rude. This is the second time this has happened. The first time, my sister and I needed help scanning an items and the lady was plain rude and had an attitude. Today the employee checking on the receipts right before leaving asked me if I didn’t pay for my things because I didn’t have my receipt by hand. I understand it’s their job, but their tone and manner where somewhat rude. I wonder if this could be a racial discrimination issue towards us, as we are clearly Hispanic. I think if it’s a requirement to check on the receipts right before customers leave, perhaps the registers and self checkout machines shouldn’t give the option to not print. This Walmart is the closest to my house but because of rudeness I honestly would rather avoid it and go further somewhere else.

Very disappointed with this Walmart. The service is extremely slow, and the staff don’t seem to care at all. I asked for help multiple times and was completely ignored. No one is willing to assist or even give a simple answer. The store was messy and disorganized honestly, it felt disgusting just walking through some of the aisles. I don’t recommend coming here if you expect decent service or cleanliness.
