I submitted my insurance claim which was in Spanish because that is where I had surgery when I fell on a cruise. Unfortunately I had to pay up front which I was seeking reimbursement for withe insurance company. The hospital in Majorca would not translate it into English and the insurance company would not except it in any language but English.
