This was my first facial ever and it was such a lovely experience. Milena was very patient, knowledgeable, and attentive. She took a look at my skin and determined the type of service I needed. Every product she used made my skin feel so soft and refreshed, plus it smelled amazing! Highly recommend, I would return for more of their products and services.

I had Brazilian waxing done here. They called me before I got there to ask if I could go early, I thought it was because they had a conflict with an appointment, but when I got there I realized it was just me, maybe they just wanted to get off early. The girl who did my waxing was friendly but she didn't seem to be familiar with the waxing practice. First, she started epilating me straight away without doing any cleaning for me and didn't ask me if I felt it was too hot in the middle. She kept removing hair in one area over and over again, which made me feel miserable and kept asking herself stupid questions like "Why won't it come off?". She was completely oblivious to my feelings and the whole process took at least 30 minutes and I was in pain every minute. At the end of the session, she did not clean me or apply any talcum powder or lotion. When I got home I realized that I had a lot of beeswax debris left in my private parts, which made me feel disgusted and sad. I had been in a lot of pain and I felt really upset when I got home and saw this. I don't know if this is the only girl who works like this or if everyone does. I never thought I would have such a painful experience until I came to this store

Absolutely amazing!! Loved the entire experience!! The products are incredible!! The entire boutique is lovely and the service was spectacular. My skin felt like velvet!!! Can't recommend enough!! Extremely knowledgeable and professional staff!!

The greatest place to get a facial, IPL and lamprobe. Milena does a spectacular job. I book all of my facial’s with her. Rousanna IPL facial will have your skin looking amazing.
