US Taekwondo Colony Place

Master James is great with the kids, my son always has a great time while he is learning and practicing discipline and respect. They have done a great job managing through the pandemic, and this remains a safe place for kiddos to blow off some steam.

Master James is pleasant to deal with, definitely connects with people, and is respectful but disciplined with students. We as a family recommend him and his school, we’ve heard nothing but good things from others, and our son in particular connected with him. Martial arts is very beneficial.

I am a Black Belt at US Tae Kwon Do Colony Place. It is a great place if you want your children to learn valuable qualities such as honesty, integrity, and perseverance. Even the parents can join too for a fun experience with their children and also to learn basic self defense. The kids are very nice and helpful and Master James is very kind and helpful as well. You will learn how to stronger, smarter and know how to get out of tough situations if needed. The classes mix in fun games with tough training and knowledge. Overall this is one of the best businesses I have ever participated in. This is a fun and awesome place and I highly recommend it to any parents looking for extracurricular activities for their child. 2nd Dan Black Belt

Truly dissapointed. My daughter has been taking taekwondo for over a year. In the month of September Master Jason was told verbally we are done with taekwondo. He said no problem that they would stop billing credit card. We were charged October and November's tuition. I was told by master james that he emailed me a cancellation form. Which I never received. No one took the time to verify my email from over a year since we started.I asked to see my contract but I was told I could not have another copy.. my daughter did not take any classes this summer because she was out of state with family. So we had to pay $89 a month for June, July, August when she was not there I plan on disputing Oct and Nov tuition since master Jason said we would not be charged after the month of September. Than I come to find out that the tuition varies from 59 a month up to 125. I was paying 85. Seems very unfair.

Overcharged. I talked to master ja son in September that my daughter would no longer be participating . He replied not a problem and that he would not charge credit card after month of September. I end up being charged October and November. When I talked to Master James he said he emailed me a email I needed to fill out for cancellation. I told him multiply times that he had the wrong email address. He did not care. I asked him to provide me a copy of the contract and he refused. Shady practices going on. I will dispute Oct and November overcharged tuition.

We did the 1 week free trial, and after the 2nd class our boys were begging me to sign them up! They love it. Master James knows how to make the classes fun for the kids while also teaching manners and respect (and, of course, Tae Kwon Do).

They keep it fun for the kids, do a great job teaching skills and offer fun holiday and summer camps too.
