Urban you is the best place to get a facial! I just recently got the Glo 2 facial with Melanie and she was amazing. She was so sweet, took her time, informed me on what she was doing, and asked about my skin concerns. Definitely recommend urban you if you ever want a facial and good care!

I had such a great experience with Melissa! She was personable and friendly and immediately made me feel comfortable, which meant a lot to me. She’s clearly very knowledgeable and experienced, so the process was quick and seamless, but my results have been my favorite so far. I will absolutely be returning to Melissa in the future.

First time going to Melissa and she made it feel like I’ve been coming to her for a long time! 10/10. The receptionists are always really sweet too 🙂 I go to both urban you locations but the one by Knapp/Beltline is really cute & cozy and I don’t have to worry about street parking

I have gotten lip filler and now a signature facial at Urban You and they have always been so kind and welcoming. Their space is clean & relaxing. Definitely recommend!!

I have never left a bad review before but this one feels warranted… I scheduled a brow appointment twice with Shay and was only 5 minutes late. The company’s grace period is 10 minutes late before services are not guaranteed. Shay turned me away TWICE after driving all the way there and taking time out of my work day to get there. Yes I understand I was late but the company needs to adjust their grace period if they will not guarantee services by being 5 minutes late. I am done scheduling brows with Shay. Horrible customer service. I would have given an 1 star but have had good experiences with Mikayla.

I have had nothing but great experiences at Urban You! I have done several Coolsculpting sessions with Vanessa at the Knapp location and have no only had amazing results but the interactions with the staff is always amazing! Vanessa is kind and caring as well as exceptionally thorough and communicative; educating every step so that the client is knowledgeable about their treatment and what they can expect during the procedure and results.

Excellent staff - from customer service to results. Extremely happy with my decision to come to Urban You. Jackie took the time to explain every part of the process, from functionality, process, to long term expectations. Highly recommend.
