It is impossible to have an institution runned or represented by staff that is beyond below par. The office staff is incapable of properly doing their job, communicating properly on any topic and when the error surfaces, they are "amazing" at blaming someone else for the fail. No wonder it’s hard for them to keep students. Another waste of money by our beloved Mexican government.
