I wanted to compliment the staff of the Ulta store located in Pembroke Pines: (15855 Pines Blvd Unit 104, Pembroke Pines, FL 33027). I visited this location yesterday (1/15/26) and the entire staff was so nice and friendly. I explained that I received a fragrance from my daughter for Christmas, and that I was not too fond of it. I spoke to Denise, and she was very helpful, and accommodating, she took me around the store to show me where the men’s fragrances were. Later on another nice staff member took me around to smell different fragrances. Denise, later came back to assist me, the manager was also very nice and accommodating. Everyone worked to help me exchange the fragrance for something else that I liked better. I later found out that Denise is also a manager, she might be an assistant manager. I really enjoyed Denise’s energy, friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to help. She expressed every effort possible to make sure that "I", the customer was satisfied. I got amazing service on Friday around 4:30pm by this amazing associate running the perfume section. I unfortunately didn't get her name and lost my receipt that stated her name 😓 but she was wearing an orange cardigan. She was super sweet and helpful. She helped me find the perfume I was in search of for a Christmas present and checked me out right then and there so I can avoid the long line at the register. She also nicely gifted wrapped it with tissue paper. Her service made my shopping experience run smoothly with no hassle 😇

The Outstanding Service that I received from Heather & Andrea at Ulta Pembroke Pines! I visited the Ulta in Pembroke Pines on December 6, 2025, looking for a few stocking stuffers for my 22-year-old daughter. The moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Heather, who was representing the Drybar blow-dry products. She immediately offered assistance, and since I’ve been thinking about switching to Drybar, I asked her what she recommended to keep my curls in place. Heather invited me to sit so she could demonstrate the tools, and Andrea joined in as well. Both of them were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Heather took her time explaining the purpose of each tool and showed me exactly how they worked. After seeing the difference firsthand, I ended up purchasing the all-inclusive multi-styler package along with several products. Andrea then helped me pick out the perfect stocking stuffers for my daughter. Their customer service was truly above and beyond — both Heather and Andrea were service-oriented, patient, and clearly enjoyed what they were doing. They had smiles on their faces the entire time and made my shopping experience exceptional. I will definitely return to this Ulta and look for Heather and Andrea again. Highly recommended!!!

What started out as a glitch with the appointment system ended up being a huge win for me as the stylist I had booked my appointment with was not available to do the complete hair service. I had the great fortune of meeting Silvia who loves to do hair (overhead her talking to her coworker!) and she magically transformed mine beyond what I had expected!!! I walked in with a mess of various colors in my hair and left with it looking absolutely incredible! I was ecstatic! She took the time afterwards and gave me advice on how to maintain my color and curls. Thank you, Silvia! Definitely recommend going and the prices are surprisingly good. Silvia along with the other stylists are very sweet and welcoming.

Shoutout to Angela at Ulta Beauty!! I did an online pickup and she took an extra moment to double-check my order before handing it to me. It gave me total peace of mind that everything was correct and I really appreciated the care. I’ll happily wait a minute longer for that kind of accuracy. Great experience!

Sylvia from the beauty services is incredibly kind and professional. She gave a great recommendation and guidance on a set of eyelashes that really looked stunning at a party I went to. I appreciate her expertise and how helpful & sweet she was as it was my birthday.

I love Ulta! I was able to find my fave gems a the girlies were helpful. The new year’s discounts helped. I just wish they gave military discounts. Let’s make that happen Ulta!
