Nikki and Alex were so amazing and kind. They really took their time to walk me through the process of the service I booked and asked questions to understand what style I was trying to achieve for my hair. I was in desperate need of "feeling myself" again and my experience with you both definitely filled my soul. I kept myself open to Nikki’s suggestions and I saw her vision. The end result was exactly what I needed! Thank you for being down to earth and for your professionalism!

Very clean store some of the girls are not very approachable. But Mayra is awesome! You can see she loves her job! Very cheerfull with great smile and super helpful! As soon as she saw it was lost she immediately helped me find the item I was looking for.

I would avoid Nikki at the salon. Rude, condescending, doesn't listen to the client. That was my first time walking out of any salon. Now I see negative reviews about her. She belittled my regular stylist, Anissa, and all those before her and insisted I knew nothing about my own hair and neither did my past stylists. She talked about how great she is. Truly a legend in her own mind. She threatened to write negative notes on my client profile where they notate your formula. How petty. So I decided to match that petty energy and leave a negative review.

Anggely was awesome! She was super helpful, friendly, and made everything so easy. You can tell she really cares about helping people. Great experience!

I tried to pick up an order. Drove all the way here and they said I needed my ID. I tried to show them credit cards with my name and a photo of my ID. They wouldn’t accept it and now I have to go back and forth to pick up my order. So inconvenient and the lady was so rude about it. Would not order from here again.

Mayra was super helpful and took her time to help me find the perfect foundation for my skin tone. She was so sweet and patient. Thank you, Mayra!

I am so impressed with this Ulta. The staff are welcoming, helpful, and friendly. Today I was greeted by an associate who walked me over to the skin care line that I use. She had gorgeous skin, so I asked her about her regimen. She not only showed me the products that she uses, but she told me how to use them and shared a couple of really helpful tips with me. The cashier was super friendly and engaging as well. Overall, I feel like whoever manages this store is doing a fabulous job! I’m sure you get your fair share of complaints, but I wanted to take a moment to recognize and appreciate your excellence in training your employees to provide an excellent customer service experience. 😊
