My hair always comes out amazing at Ulta beauty with Rosemary. She is a must have when your in need of color or treatment. I can’t thank her enough for always being so creative with my unmanageable hair . She always works a miracle.

This review is for Rossmary at Ulta Hair Salon The Loop Kissimmee. I have been coming to this Ulta Salon for over 10 years and all the hair stylists are excellence. Rossmary is amazing in hair cuts, coloring and treatments. She is a very talented hair stylist. She always makes sure my hair cut is perfect since my hair is very thin and fine. I am so grateful for her dedication and professional service. She is awesome. Thank you for all the gorgeous hair cuts and coloring. God bless your talent always!!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Review for Anna (Clinique at Ulta) and Jessenia (Lead Cashier) I had such a great experience at Ulta thanks to Anna from the Clinique counter. She took her time explaining my skincare routine and showed me everything I needed without ever being pushy about buying anything. Anna was so patient, thorough, and generous with her time. She truly made sure I understood how to use each product and what would work best for my skin. It is rare to find someone who takes that kind of care and effort, and I really appreciated it. I also want to recognize Jessenia, the lead cashier, for being so kind and helpful. She took the time to assist me with updating my membership account and made the process quick and easy. Her friendly attitude and professionalism really stood out. Both Anna and Jessenia went above and beyond to make my visit a great experience. Thank you both for your outstanding customer service. I will definitely be back!

First and foremost I give my most sincere apologies to the staff and management team for my not so tactful interaction with them. With that being said, this Ulta messed up my appointment, I got a phone call on my commute over and was told that my appointment time was at 3:30pm instead of the 4:00pm in which I had proof of. I had driven an hour for this appointment, and was told that there was nothing they could do. I will admit that I was not the most pleasant guest and they owe me nothing, but they also didn’t try to understand nor fix their mistake despite me having proof. Their Manager was condescending and was not helpful. While I respect her decision and calm demeanor with me, I am not a child. There was no recovery, no accommodation, nothing. She humiliated me in the middle of the store and kicked me out like I was a criminal when I was having a cordial discussion with her. She and her associate blatantly hung the phone up on me. The manager walked away from me as she kicked me out. Deserved? Not going to lie yes I probably did, but if I can take accountability, so can they.

i’m completely new to the make up world, but very picky, I had went to Sephora and they helped me but did not help me, I returned everything I bought there and decided to go look at bareMinerals here.. Rosa helped me and wow she truly did help me. She was so kind and patient even helping other people, but never losing her attention on me. Her suggestions were beyond make up and she taught me, helped me, and gave me knowledge that I needed a lot. Rosa thank you for doing your job so well!

It was clear that this salon truly cares about their clients' satisfaction. My stylist, Madelyn G., was absolutely incredible. Not only did she give me a fabulous haircut and treatments , but she also shared her curly hair secrets with me. Her knowledge and expertise were truly impressive. She recommended the perfect products for my curly hair, like PATTERN's Styling Cream and Treatment Hair Mask, and I fell in love with the results! I loved these products she used on my curls so much I purchased. What I appreciated most about Madelyn was her genuine care and attention. She took the time to educate me on how to care for my hair and showed me step-by-step how to achieve my desired curly look. She made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. The salon itself had such a vibrant and friendly atmosphere. The store manager even took the time to compliment my shoes and strike up a conversation. It's clear that Ulta is a place where everyone feels welcome and valued. Overall, my experience at Ulta's hair salon was exceptional. I've been growing my hair out for a year, and this visit marked a special milestone in my curly hair journey. I left the salon feeling confident and excited to embrace my natural curls. I dyed my hair at the Ulta Loop salon and paid $120 for the service. I asked for permanent dye. After washing my hair 2 days later, the dye had already faded. Today, after 2 weeks, only my roots are stained, and the rest of my hair is the same as before. It only served to ruin my hair by dyeing it several times instead of the mocha tone that I asked for, leaving it all one color. I do not recommend getting an expensive service for 2 washes.
