This was the 1st time I used there hair salon and I was so excited that I could get an appointment on Saturday. I've tried to book before but always too full. I booked a blow out and flat iron with V and she was amazing. Not only did my hair come out perfect, she was so easy to talk to, she understood my hair needs and is willing to order the color that I want so she could have it the next time I came in. The price was affordable, and everyone was welcoming. I've been to another ulta beauty location and these guys have them beat. Great experience all round. Girls at the counter were great to talk to and fast check out.. you guys were awesome!!

If I could give 6 stars I would! Meagan was amazing with helping us out today! She searched intensively for the perfect foundation to work with my routine and color matched to my skin perfectly. At checkout she offered a discount for having us wait for assistance and threw in a small serum to help with the routine for free!

This was my first time at Ulta Salon and I had a fantastic experience. I booked the signature haircut which included a deep conditioning mask in addition to the cut and wash. Janis was my stylist and I have nothing but great things to say about her! She was so kind and friendly and knew exactly the haircut I needed to refresh my hair! I will be coming back to see her for sure!

My experience having a shampoo and blow dry with Vee at ULTA in the Lake Forest, CA store on El Toro Rd was exceptional. Vee was skilled, professional, prompt, and a delightful, intelligent person. My hair result was perfection and I thoroughly enjoyed my appt with her. I highly recommend Ulta and especially Vee.

I’m not much of a shopper but I’m always up for a good deal. Melissa at the El Toro location was amazing! So kind and helpful to get me the best discount. She went out of her way to help and that is priceless. Melissa is THE BEST and should be promoted or something

I went to this store for the eyebrow wax and style and I had such an amazing experience!! An AMAZING employee named Misty helped me and she was so kind, patient, and understanding! I would definitely recommend this place not just for brows but also for more services and shopping! Make sure if you're going to brows to get Misty she's so amazing!!

Megan at the front was super sweet and made it simple to make a return. I was in and out less than 5 minutes! Of course there was no line 😊. Great service and with a smile
