Just got a blowout and protein treatment at Ulta with Amy G and I loved it! The whole process was super relaxing, and my hair smells and feels amazing. Amy did a fantastic job. I decided to pull the trigger on a hair style that i've been wanting for a very long time. I got an appointment with Amy, and let me tell you this woman was the best stylist i've ever had. I came in pretty nervous, but was quickly reassured by amy that she would be able to execute the vision i wanted. She talks you through the entire process and keeps you informed of whats going on. She recommended toning the rest of my hair to go with the front portion of my hair and im very glad i listened. She is very much knowledgeable in her field and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a change in look or color in hair. She bleached & toned my hair with minimal damage!

They really have some nice employees but there are a good few that just won’t leave you alone when shopping. You almost feel like you’re being watched! There was one employee/vendor today with long curly black and gray hair. Who stood off to the side and watched me every time I was near the fragrance section., Even though she never asked me if I needed help or anything. And then when she as she’s helping other customers she would keep standing in front of me or walking right in front of me without acknowledging me or even saying excuse me. Such a weird experience I spend a lot of money here and I know that that’s not important to the employees, but it is to me. I just want shop without feeling unwanted.

I can't say enough good things about Amy at Ulta! Yesterday, I was feeling super down after an awful experience at Supercuts—I'd gone in with long hair, and left with it chopped unevenly. My confidence was at rock bottom, and I honestly didn’t know if anything could fix it. But Amy totally turned things around. I explained what had happened, and she immediately reassured me, saying, "You’re in good hands." And she wasn’t kidding!
