I came in to pick up my online order today. While I was there, I wanted an opinion on the way I styled my curly hair since I'm not a hair expert. Axel from the salon was patient, friendly, gave me suggestions, and took her time to answer any questions I had about my hair. She gets an A+ in customer service. Also kudos to the gentleman (didn't get his name - has a beard, no hair, some tattoos). He was super friendly as well when I picked up my order.

I was looking for a same day walk-in appointment for a haircut and I did not know that Ulta offered them. I am very happy that I took a chance and went to see Claudia. She did an amazing job with my hair. I was in safe hands and she gave me the cut I wanted. The Ulta shop in Boulder is amazing. I will be going back. Excellent service!

This was probably the friendliest Ulta I’ve visited. Just came in on Christmas Eve to get some refills on my makeup staples-the associate helping me up front was so kind and very knowledgeable. She went out of her way to hunt down products that were low in stock, and was so attentive. The staff member at the cashier was also super friendly and efficient. A great shopping experience altogether!

Absolutely love the layout of this Ulta. The check out is in the back and I like that it feels like I can enjoy the entrance to a beauty space more. I am on of those people that does not need a greeting as soon as I walk in- I much prefer a softer reception and some time by myself prior to being greeted or asked for assistance. I felt right at home with my fixations and at peace. I am fond of this Ulta for those reasons.

I got my hair and brows done today and I LOVE the results!! Venus waxed my eyebrows and I was a walk-in! She is so sweet, has amazing brows herself and made me so comfortable for my first experience with wax. She made sure that all the products would work for my sensitive skin & took great care that everything would be clean. She hand plucked the finishing touches and I think my brows never looked better! Also, I had an appointment with Karina to cut my hair. I didn’t have a picture so she asked me lots of questions until we narrowed down exactly what cut I wanted. She checked in with me multiple times that I liked the length and shape and adjusted to my wishes. It’s so hard to find someone to trust with your hair so I’m extremely happy to have found someone again. 100% would come back, totally worth treating yourself like this 🎀 I even got some freebies from both services! Thank you!

i visited a few weeks back and a worker there, i think her name was jenna? she helped me out so much!! i have curly hair and walked in with zero clue how to manage it and she gave me the whole rundown for a routine and told me about what different products to use! honestly so so helpful and my hair is already improving!!

Honestly not a common stop for me, but I was more than surprised at how friendly and helpful the staff were here, I was only stopping by to look around but the manager Armela was all smiles, and lead me through the store showing me around and actually helped me find a few things I planned on buying elsewhere. Not to mention I didn’t see a single staff member without a smile or presentable demeanor. I was shown amazing colognes and perfumes, found out there’s a beauty bar ? Styling cuts color shoot even your eyebrows ? Who knew you could get all of that and some good shampoo in one place. 10/10 recommend if you’re looking for knowledgeable employees, friendly faces and possibly a good excuse to try some new beauty products.
