UHealth Dermatology Miami Beach

Spent 2-5 minutes with the doctor, got billed for a "long", 20-29 minute consultation. Called UM Health multiple times and was never given a straight answer.

They moved to a new office it’s impossible to find unable to contact the office for any sort of direction after taking 1 1/2 hr to find them no compassion at all for any patient . There customer service is beyond unprofessional after showing the front desk I have tried calling 4 times prior to my appointment to get help and no answer . I do not recommend this office to anyone stay far away poor customer service

HORRIBLE!!! The worst medical experience I’ve ever had. ZERO CARE. The nurse practitioner only prescribes medication that requires a special authorization so it’s IMPOSSIBLE TO GET FILLED. It’s also IMPOSSIBLE to speak to a human or receive help of any kind at all. This place is just a SCAM to bill your insurance company and take your co-pay. Stay far far away from this place. I regret going here. I want my co-pay and my time back.

Almost impossible to reach via phone, tried multiple times of the day/multiple weeks. You have to physically walk in to ask a questions regarding already prescribed medication or schedule appointment.... Please, can you implement automated phone system or email where I can send my prescription refill issue? I called and left voicemails with no luck
