I apologize for whatever happened to Mr. Takabayashi to cause his poor review. Access to service should not be a problem. Customer Service email, mail and phone contacts are prominent on the web site. I'm the CEO, and my name is on our home page. I'm in the directory when you call the main phone number. My email is on the web site in two places, although to be fair, you'd have to look. We'd rather questions or problems go first to customer service. We must have gotten something wrong though to get this poor review. We'll try to do better from now on.

Worst experience I have had with on line consumer services. Transparent Language must be a paranoid company if one is unable to talk to a responsible person at their company.
