Horribly ran practice. Booked an appointment months out for cleaning. Showed up at my time and was told no appointment was scheduled. Then they rescheduled me for the following week. Day of my appt #2 attempt they called me saying the dentist has an emergency if they can reschedule or if I can come in 4 hours earlier. At this point they offered me an appt in 25 minutes from time of their call, they said otherwise I’d have to reschedule again for an appt in the following month 😕. I moved up the appt time so I can have my cleaning done. Went there and waited for 25 minutes until I realized there were 2 other people waiting who had appt time before mine. No communication from the staff there, no attempt to recover bad customer care. Mistakes can happen but the worst part is that they do NOT apologize or express ANY remorse for poor experiences. Stay away & go to a professional practice. Also sometimes multiple unknown dentists rotating.

These people are horrible. This place is for emergency purposes only. Then find a dentist with integrity. Paid for a crown and implant out of pocket. They told me their not able to even send out for the implant until it's fully paid. Dentist told me it's $1500 they got the implant in office now. Ok get there, they said I owe 350 more I said wow ok as I'm making the last payment for the 350. They now tell me I owe them 2,800 SMH. At this point i just want my money back. The lady at the front desk keep telling me they can't give me my money until their account comes. That was 4-5 weeks ago. I found new dentist and I need my money back. So I have to press charges this drive thru dentist is a nightmare

Avoid this place at all costs, and I sincerely hope no one else has to go through the same experience we did. My siblings and I had our teeth cleaning, fillings, root canals, and crowns done at this clinic as a child, and I have to say it was the worst decision of our lives. It traumatized us and has caused us ongoing dental problems throughout adulthood. They did not have the proper skills to perform root canals, yet they did them on us anyway. A couple of years later, my silbings' root canals became infected, and other doctors confirmed it had not been done properly. Their tooth eventually had to be extracted, and they now got implants. Second, after the root canals, they placed crowns on our teeth. To make the crowns fit, the dentist shaved down several of the surrounding healthy teeth. Because of this, many dentists throughout my life have asked if I grind my teeth, since they appear unusually short and flat, as though they had been ground down. I always have to explain that my childhood dentist shaved them down, and every dentist I’ve told has been shocked, unable to understand why someone would do that. The dentist is a female asian.

Never really give reviews but they were bad. My insurance app had them at 5 starts for some reason so I didn’t check google. They made me wait for a half hour to get a retainer and then I sat down for 2 seconds and they tell me they can’t do it. Maybe I should have gone to orthodontist but also maybe the person on the phone should have told me they don’t do them. I also asked where the dentist was at 25 minutes and the receptionist seemed very confused why I would be asking this question

I have been using town center dental for more than 10 years. Today , Apr 22 I go for my 6 months regular cleaning. The service was terrible and unaceptable there is an Asian female dentist, she put almost all the time the cleaning tool in my gum. When I ask her if she realize that she put the tool in my gum? She slam the tool in my mouth, and on my hand like I was a kid. That 's a regrettable experience, I don 't write this report because I want anyone to lose their job, but that was really unaceptable.

It is the best dental clinic among many such services I visited, and petty affordable. I had fillings and cleaning here, and very happy with service- good quality fillings, especially if it makes by doctor Tania. The same I can say about cleaning- wonderful visible result. Tania uses powerful ultrasound which carefully cleans all , even my old coffee spots. By the way, different dentists often use only water floss and casual floss, and result is much worse. Also very nice personal here. I especially recommend this dental clinic.

I agree with most reviews here. The services have gone downhill and honestly no one even cares. Even inspire of a scheduled appointment I was made to wait for over an hour without any explanation. They have also cancelled my appointment multiple times citing no availability of the doctor. I would not recommend this place to anyone
