I went to this store for the first time and at first one of the employees appeared very nice and friendly to me and my cousin. I even apparently met the owner of the store. I had taken interest in of their products but it was in a bundle. They both were saying how they’d discount that specific product. I was still hesitant to buy it because it was still expensive with the discount. Then they said they’d discount the entire bundle for me because I’m a first time customer. I thought that they were very sweet so I went ahead and purchased the bundle. After paying and saying our thank yous, me and my cousin went walking around the mall looking for the next place to go then suddenly the first employee came up to me grabbed my Tony Moly bag. She went and grabbed everything but the one product I was interested in saying how it was only supposed to be that one product not the whole bundle to be discounted. I didn’t wanna make an argument or scene so I just let her take them. However I definitely felt played and I think they took advantage of the fact we weren’t from there. I paid thinking I was getting a good deal for the entire bundle but then they take it back after I paid and leave me with one product.

They have a nice variety of Korean beauty products at okay prices, but I didn't like that the saleswoman was very pushy and followed me around the store. I won't return because of customer service.

My sister goes to this place because ,like the other reviews said, there is lots of authentic Korean beauty products and the place is neat and clean. However, the service is horrible in my opinion. This one specific worker constantly follows and watches my sister like she is gonna steal something despite my sister being a loyal and paying costumer. For example, she went in with out mother and the lady stated her down even while helping our mother pick out products and when she handed my mom the product she wanted the lady looked at her and said "you’re really gonna pay for that". This has happened more than one time and that is no way to treat any costumer, especially loyal ones. Not only this but the products and extremely over priced, for example, online the same product is $10 but is listed at $40 in store with a discount of 50% making the product $20, DOUBLE of what you can get online. Save your money and patience and just shop online.

This store is all about Korean skin care products and cosmetics, which is nice to physically see, rather than getting a bad product online. I give it 4 stars because the items I got were on sale and the style of the store was very clean and modern. Not 5 star because prices can be pretty expensive, other than that, I'd recommend any one to stop by.

I love this place, they are very helpful finding the right product for you! And I love the products! It makes my skin feel younger and supple.

Still one of my go-to favorites for good skin care.

깨끗하고 아기자기하고 예쁘게 정리된 korea beauty Cosmetic shop TONY MOLY. 잘 정리가 되어있고 실용적으로 피부타입에 맞게 쓸 수있는 여러가지 타입의 화장품들과 도구들이 구비 되어 있어 방문객이던 현지인이던 모두가 좋아할 수있는 브랜드라 생각이 됩니다. 친절하게 고객들을 응대해주고 바쁜와중에도 웃음을 잃지 않는 직원분들과 매니져에게도 좋은 인상을 받았습니다. 한국에서 나오는 제품들이 거의다 있어서 너무나 좋았어요. 실내 인테리어도 무척이나 깔끔하고 잘 정리가 되어 있어서 각 라인별로 원하는 제품을 구경하면서 찾기 쉬었고 가격도 세일 기간이 적용되어 할인을 받을 수 있었습니다. 정직하게 화장품에 대해서 설명도 들을 수 있어서 무척이나 좋았어요. 이제 하와이에서 토니몰리를 사랑하고 좋아하시는 분들이 많이 방문해서 원하는것도 사시고 한국에만 있던 한국 브랜드의 코스메틱 샵이 외국에서도 빛을 발할 수 있기를 바랍니다. 무료 주차는 문제 없습니다. 너무 좋아요.
